In this clip, Dr. Karam shows us how one of his Vertical Restore facelift patient's scars are looking after 3 months of healing and recovery. You can barely see any scarring that this beautiful patient has, and Dr. Karam has a few tricks up his sleeves to keep scarring as minimal as possible. The reason why Dr. Karam's Vertical Restore facelift patients experience nearly invisible scarring is because the skin is not holding everything up and has no tension or tightness. Since the Vertical Restore facelift is done along the deep plane fascia of the face, the skin doesn't have to do any of the work of holding one's facial features up. Other reasons include how Dr. Karam has designed the incision, his closure technique, what he prescribes for post operative care, and a person's genetics. All of these things contribute to Dr. Karam's incredible results with minimal scarring.

Oh my God, scary 😩😩. It isn't much but I can't imagine having scars i asked for in my face 😢😢. May be In 5 years I will value the reservation of beauty when I age a little more.

@@nuggettflavor Where did you find those numbers? I've looked and found one estimate of $68K, which is still much more than I can spend. He certainly does great work, but it's no wonder why he makes these videos (which are excellent and offer great information) and has a skin care line because there aren't that many people who can afford to spend $90K on a face lift!

Generally I love your work .. but the fat transfer is to much.. don’t get me wrong she’s beautiful , makes we want filler, because you could control it
She has a lot of fat at the front of her face still. I have that and that is the main area that causes jowls and a downturned mouth. I'm surprised that hasn't been removed or lifted. Is that facial fat, filler or the SMAS that hasn't been lifted?
