Hi, I watch, listen and learn from all of your videos, from surgical to skin school. You have a very earnest approach to everything skin and beyond, if I lived in the USA I would definitely be using you for anything surgical, without any doubt at all! Just wanting to say how good you are!!!
I have horrid sagging but 0 wrinkles. Ive found that massaging magnesium oil (mix with glycerine first) gives a wonderful lift as good as surgery because it relaxes the muscles (paradoxically iy seems to be the tension that causes the sagging) but you have to massage the muscles exactly correctly and its taken me about 6 years to finally figure it out! Its tricky to explain too, otherwise Id explain it here. However, there are videos on something called a Tanaka massage which I think does the same thing
@@stefanisilva2493 Its called Better You -but actually whatI do is buy the flakes and melt 1 cup of flakes with 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon of water and then let it cool and scrape it out so its more of a snow like texture rather than flakes. This allows it to be dissolved in cold water and glycerine because I need a very strong concentration I cant just dissolve in warm water the usual way as that would be too weak. So I basically then mix 3 tablespoons of this powder with 1 tablespoon of glycerine and I think half a teaspoon of water and mix thoroughly until dissolved (sometimes you will need to mix it several times as it can have sharp crystals in it but if you 'squash' the powder with the back of a spoon to smooth it (kind of like when you mix cookie dough) out I find this minimises this problem.) The glycerine allows it to glide over the skin nicely because if you just use the usual spray its too watery and abrasive and will burn your skin. You could massage it round your face for 2 mins ( every day) and keep adding more product so it never feels too 'dry.' However, because you really need to massage the muscles in a very specific way which is very difficult to describe, Im not sure how much of a difference this would make. However, it would certainly be good for your skin-both the glycerine and magnesium. Very cheap and easy to make and probably just as effective as a commercial moisturiser

As I live in a very remote area of northern Canada, products are too expensive as the few stores carry basic stuffs. I am a Jello girl and I am prettttty sure it helps tons. Atleast it is easy to get and not expensive. I'll eat between a cup to two cups a day.I also use it as a mask and once a month a small packet in the bath. You might laugh but our skin is our largest organ and absorbs more than most people think of. Plain gelatin works also but for some reason costs 3 times as much. I will be 70 soon. My daughter wants me to start looking old so the men her age will stop flirting and asking me out. 😅 Oh, another bonus..your hair and finger nails are strong, shine, grow faster. There ya have it. ❤

As well, one thing I add to my face and neck routine is to apply sunscreen/cream to the top of my hands. Hands show age quickly. Plus, if I have a cream I don’t like on my face (I’m not allergic to it-I just don’t care for it on my face), then I use it on the tops of my hands-and/or my neck. It really helps with age spots.
A lot of people don’t woman or get surgery for the following reasons: -Too much downtime - Too expensive - if you don’t like it, it’s permanent - The change in your face is very noticeable - it will be obvious to everyone people that you have had something done. - Surgeons say you can have a subtle difference BUT it still costs a LOT for a subtle difference so why not try cheaper procedures and have a subtle difference - Of course he is trying to promote surgery, he said previously he does 20 surgeries a month, if they cost approx 10k per surgery, that means he makes 200000k per month. He’s greedy. - I’m sure this post will be deleted soon .
@@J.E.C. the majority of his advice is geared towards advising people to have surgery though, he knocks most non surgical treatments on the head except for the odd few in the hope that it won’t be completely obvious that he is touting for business
What do you think about using tretinoin vs retinol/retinaldehyde for mature skin? Is there a significant difference? I am unable to get past shedding/dryness with tretinoin.

What is not mentioned concerning use of a YAG laser are the horrific complications associated with it's use. The side effects are common, these being dermal thickening, demarcation lines and lines (stripes across the face) that come and go with temperature changes. I know of this as a relative suffered these and was told by the 'Laser expert ' that her complications are common. He stated that he didn't know what to do about them, and didn't have a magic wand to wave over her. The only person to help her was a laser expert in Belgium who told her that due to these very common problems, he does not use lasers for resurfacing, in stead he uses the Tel aviv face mask which is an advanced chemical peel for resurfacing the skin. Before any cosmetic treatment, please reseach the pros and cons of the treatment and the person who is going to carry out the procedure. ❤
Do you have skincare brands that you approve of? Meaning for those of us who can't afford your skincare, what brands do you find comparable?, for lack of a better word. Thanks! ❤

This is really useful, thanks doctor. What do you advise when using these active ingredients on sensitive / irritable / eczema prone skin? My experience has been that it’s difficult to regularly use retinol or certain other active ingredients as my skin may already be irritated and therefore these ingredients will make things worse, or alternatively regular use of these ingredients may cause a reaction.

Dr. Your skin is beautiful. You obviously practice what you preach. My grandmother at 90 years old did NOT have wrinkles but sagged. I hope to be like her at her age. I know her diet was different ans she did stay out of the sun. Even when she sat outside she sat under a tree, or where there was shade.
Thanks for sharing!!
I love your advices. I agree with you 100%.
Thank you for the time you put into educating us your topics are wonderful & I have learned a lot from them specially about the actives & pigmentation. Than you🙏
You are so welcome!
Growth factors and peptides? What is the science behind "growth factors"? There are so many different peptides available for topical use. Do they all work equally well?
Great info Dr but it is hard to find a provider that really knows what they are doing with treatments.
You're a blessing Dr. Amir... I REALLY APPRECIATE your content and what a difference following your advice CONSISTENTLY has made in my skin! I actually have hope for improvements now! 🥰 THANKS A MILLION!
Thank you Dr. Karam, very good advice. I will definitely follow the steps you mentioned for anti aging.
Yes! How about acids as well? Thank you.
Dr. Karam do you have any tip or advice when it comes to maintain hemmed natural lips through times? I'm 46 and have noticed some first signs of lips volume deflation.
Fillers are definitely not an option due to the fact that the product never really disappear and often left scar tissue.
u do not want the filler to disappear. rightly placed and the good one - it s a great tjing to have to compensate the volume loss.
facial exercise....eva fraser
Is moisturizers with vitamin E good? Also oils like grapeseed oils? Avocado oils ,olive oils?
Love your videos! So informative 👍🏻 what about Botox?
May you in the future record us a video on your opinion about face and neck tite and one about the décolleté sleep wrinkles please?

I had plans to come to you dear Dr. Amir… then our country was hit by war… I really look forward to better days and to continue my plan. Love Love from Israel
Can you recommend something for around the eye area, I'm 47 and I look more like 67..yes I was a sun baby so any advice on what to use would be great! Also any ideas on Hgh supplements??❤
I started actives and sun protection when I was 22 like crazy. I’m 29 now and people still think I’m a teenager and the younger sibling between me and my 26 year old brother. A few years ago a woman asked me when I was starting high school! 😅
Keep it up!!
@@dramirkaram thank you! I will!
Thanx a bunch Dr. Karam! I’ve learned a lot from your videos!
Hello, please enable Persian language subtitles.Thank you.🙏🙏🙏🌹🌹🌹
My face has no fine lines or wrinkles and I've never done any skin care at all just started this last 4 months but I have 2 lines from smiling lines I want to do something just don't know WHAT I'm 65
Thank you. Glad you are honest.
Informative and intersting. Thank you 😊
I'm curious why the many doctors who teach us about the exact ingredients to improve our skin never mention to apply DMSO
first?
Thanks mate. One of the best you’ve made. Cutting through the bulls..t and the fads. “Just the facts Ma’m, just thefacts”. Thank you
Could u please weigh in on Fraxel Dual vs. micro needling? Thx!
I use your skin care routine. How do you feel about color science sunscreen? I use it everyday. It is a powder spf 50
Great tip!
Thank you Dr for educating us. God bless
My pleasure
YES! skin care actives. A B C along with sunblock.
Right on!
Great information! Much appreciated. What do you think of Nira tool?
You are absolutely right I stayed out of the sun or was covered (face) I am 88 just starting to have wrinkles # used moisturizers my whole life
Thanks for sharing Doc !
❤❤Useful and informative bro🌹🌹
Great information!! Thanks
A lot of people don’t woman or get surgery for the following reasons:
-Too much downtime
- Too expensive
- if you don’t like it, it’s permanent
- The change in your face is very noticeable
- it will be obvious to everyone people that you have had something done.
- Surgeons say you can have a subtle difference BUT it still costs a LOT for a subtle difference so why not try cheaper procedures and have a subtle difference
- Of course he is trying to promote surgery, he said previously he does 20 surgeries a month, if they cost approx 10k per surgery, that means he makes 200000k per month. He’s greedy.
- I’m sure this post will be deleted soon
.
His surgeries cost over $100k each. He gives good advice.
@@J.E.C. the majority of his advice is geared towards advising people to have surgery though, he knocks most non surgical treatments on the head except for the odd few in the hope that it won’t be completely obvious that he is touting for business
What do you think about using tretinoin vs retinol/retinaldehyde for mature skin? Is there a significant difference? I am unable to get past shedding/dryness with tretinoin.
use it every other day, and LOTS of moistureizer!! You dont have to use tretinoin every day to get the anti aging results... Once your skin got used to it (several months), you can use it with less frequency😉 Dont forget about sunscreen, and use anti uv window film on every window you have in your house/car 😇
humidifier at home 24/7 , omega 3 (not 6/9) supplements, natural silk pillow case
In one video you said not to use lasers or energy devices - you said they don’t work. Now in this video you advocate using a laser, micro-needling, etc. I’m confused.
Hi Dr
I love all your videos . They are very informative. Thank you so much! My skin is quite very thin. Please tell me can I apply micro needling on my thin skin?
Does LED light therapy work on lines and wrinkles?
What can be done for people with dry & red skin from rosacea? No acne, just dry and redness.

Hello Dr, I am interested to know what you have done to your face? Perhaps botox for the 11s and forehead lines and maybe upper lip?
Hi Doc Karam, where can I buy your skin care products???? 68yr old fan from the Philippines 🇵🇭
Dr Karam I am so impressed with you work but is the result the same for dark skinned people?
Do we want to reduce or keep our jaw and submental fat? What would cause the most aged look when we get older, having saggy jowls or lack of fat?
What about Profhilo? Does it improve the condition of the skin?
Do you have skincare brands that you approve of? Meaning for those of us who can't afford your skincare, what brands do you find comparable?, for lack of a better word. Thanks! ❤
Doctor, I’m interestig in your opinion of how people often looks better and look good and tan all the time, thanks to a nice tan people often looks better, for example, Elsa Pataky, she is 47 years old and she looks fantastically and always tanned, thanks
Yes, when I take good care of my skin even my jowls light up! 😉
I love looking at myself now after using the actives... that is true
Keep it up!
Try revize micro 0.0.025 it work very well for me...its indian tretinoin fantastic even to sensitive skin...it will normalised your skin after 3 months
