What you said here 11:05 is really an eye opener for me "you didn't gain all that weight overnight so don't expect to lose it overnight" I've had countless times in trying to lose weight and stops if I didn't get my expected results in a short time. Thank you.

My mom used to tell me “if you starve you will get to a point where you just can’t hold it anymore, and then you will eat a lot of food, even more than before, and your weight will become higher, so if you wan’t to loose weight, stop eating unhealthy food, instead, eat MORE vegetables and natural food, adding exercise of course, and keep it has a habit.”
3:40 I speak from experience. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF. Everything she says here is true. My personal story: In middle school I was bullied for my weight. I was 14 and about 180-198 lbs (from when I took my physical). Moving into highschool I wanted to lose weight. It started with changing my diet by cutting off some snacks. I started to see a difference and I quickly cut out meat from my diet and depended only on chicken (chicken breast preferably). Not only did I consume less than 500 calories daily, I exercised on top of that. Im ashamed to say this but I even started purging (forcing myself to throw up). When I would exercise, I would wrap a bag around my waist to sweat more (not knowing that it actually affected my water weight). By the time I got into highschool I took a physical in school and found out I was about 130 lbs. My period had stopped, I was always light headed in school and I started to lose A LOT of hair (I still do). I was about 5'5 and my height went down to 5'4. My skin color went from a caramel brown to white-grey pale, and I have to get checked cause I might have anemia now. My mental health was and still is really bad. I started to get anxiety and became really depressed. I eventually stopped exercising because my body would hurt everywhere and it would hurt even to carry my backpack (I was really weak/no muscles). Because of my poor diet I began to be tired, out of breath and at times I would be sitting in class and swear I could feel and hear my heart pound for a couple of seconds. I kept losing weight and my lowest was 115-125. It may not be super light but it was unhealthy for how fast I lost it. I thought I was happy because I was skinny and had a thigh gap like my friends but in reality I wasn't. I thought that by putting myself through all this was going to make me more confident from the outside and people would like me. I'm a senior in highschool now and I realized during quarantine that I was in a toxic environment at school. I recently tried eating normal again but my metabolism was so messed up I think I'm about 165-180lbs again lol. I want to lose weight again, but this time the healthy way. I want to love and take care of myself the right way.💜💜
I loved that "not eating enough" is THE MAIN REASON you list here for people who struggle with weight loss. As someone who was anorexic and severely underweight about five years ago, I can tell you: DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF, YOUR METABOLISM WILL BECOME YOUR WORST ENEMY. Not only I gained all the weight back at some point, but I started noticing how easily my body would retain fat, even if I wasn't eating thaaaaat much in the first place. The ACTUAL secret to a healthy body: EXERCISE + CLEAN FOOD + ACTIVITY. Being sedentary IS THE ISSUE, NOT WHAT YOU EAT!!!! If you don't work on your activity levels, you'll get fat NO MATTER HOW LITTLE YOU EAT. And eating poorly KILLS YOU, literally. Thanks Zoe for bringing awareness, especially to young girls. It's hard to find a social media personality who actually did their homework.
I go on the treadmill 30 mins a day, and I also drink the “Kpop idol water” which is lemon water with green tea mixed. And I was able to lose up to 6-7 kgs in just one week. And it also helps me maintain my weight, and my skin started glowing. So I definitely recommend eating good proportions, and exercising daily, and also drinking tons of water
i’m a self conscious teen, and i was fr considering just not eating at all, despite what weight loss articles or whatever said. this really saved me from falling into what could’ve easily become an eating disorder, and i thank you for that. you’ve really opened my eyes and i now know how to loose weight healthily. it wont be easy, but we’ve got it 💪
The most sustainable way is to NOT wreck your metabolism by restricting too much! Focus on getting the nourishment you need. You don’t need processed sugar, but you do need the healthiest versions you can obtain of protein, carbs, fat and micronutrients. (Vegetables and fruits have carbs AND micronutrients. 😉) Sleeping enough is key, and so is lowering stress and being active. Engage in activities you enjoy. Aesthetics come with health. Restricting will cause you to drop water weight and lose both fat and muscle. Your body will get used to eating fewer calories, and you will get stuck in a place where you can’t get enough nutrients and will gain when you are forced to increase your calories. It is much better to BUILD muscle that will burn those calories. Rev up that metabolism and you will be able to eat everything you need and then some.
I used to starve myself thinking it would help but it only made things worse. Not the best choice so I am quite happy you didn't choose it. Hope whenever you are right now you're doing good!

@@faithinluv so umm workout is the key! Do cardio helps a lot and drink 10 cups of water. In 5 days I got my results and I still didn't do a diet. It was last year tho after 5 days I stopped and just got fatter 😭
@@faithinluv u cannot spot reduce or chnage your waist shape bc waist shape is genetics. u only lose fat through weightloss/fatloss and some excercises that can help tone the legs and stomach/waist area

I was doing a 800 calorie diet. I started feeling a little concerned since I was constantly feeling very weak and tired, and then this video popped up. Thank you for this, it was a eye opener!
I don’t really count my calories because for example a cookie and apple are bother 100 calories but the cookie has no nutrition but the apple has vitamins. A cookie will make your insulin go crazy and then your insulin will drop out of no where making you crave more food. Mostly focus on eating healthy and don’t pay to much to calories. Also insulin stops you from burning fat.

Because if I had the body I always wanted I would have never purposely even thought of working out. Nowadays, working out is fun, it’s a great feeling of both pain and powerful. If you don’t feel like exercising then you’re probably bored of the same workout and want to try something new. So in conclusion if you don’t like your body: exercise. If you like your body: exercise. I promise you that you won’t regret it 💕😊💪

Okay I know a tip to NOT GAIN weight so let’s say you eat a lot today like you eat whatever you want like for example 4000 or 5000 calories but the next day you eat like 800 - 1000 calories and if you repeat this cycle your not gonna gain weight it’s based on science that’s how I don’t gain weight lol
Seriously guys, starving yourself is not the way to go. I lost weight, but I became so depressed it didn't even matter that I lost weight. What's the point if you're not even happy with yourself?
Yes, starving yourself is not the answer, but maintaining a good relationship is better for your body like being super skinny can make ypu sick and being obese ofc so try to balance things ❤

Just eat smaller portions of stuff that you're REALLY craving and maybe just pick a day out of the week where you eat whatever you want then eat healthier during the rest of the week!
The problem with the diets all of these influencers and Hollywood stars promote is that you ARE basically starving yourself and it's not possible to sustain yourself on them the rest of your life
I wish I saw this when I was in year 9. At the start of 2019, I began to really starve myself because I was so desperate to lose weight (for a boy- wasn’t my best moments in 2019). I went from 90kgs to 73kgs within 3-6 months of cutting out meals. My mother and everyone was impressed by what I have done and my mother specifically said “Once you hit 55kg, everything will be great”. I wanted to impress her so I just starved myself, no food at all for 2-3 days and my body couldn’t handle it. I did indeed reached 67kg but my mental health and body started to really mess up. I was in the worse position in my life and it wasn’t until the start of 2020 I had changed. Remember people! growing and maturing really does exist! I found new friends, I found myself again and I finally remember why I loved food so much. Once quarantine happened in 2020, I ended up gaining back my weight and weighed about 73kgs, I was so shocked and became disgusted at myself that I gained back my weight I went back to starving myself. THIS DIDN’T DO ANYTHING, I ENDED UP GAINING MORE WEIGHT BACK. So here I am in 2021, I weigh around 75kgs now and I’m eating about 1,800 calories and doing daily exercises. I am more happier and fine than I was before, my mental health is better than it was before. My story probably wasn’t interesting but to those who think “well starving myself will get the job done” it will but it will come back to bite you in the ass. If you’re willing to starve yourself from amazing food just to see results, I suggest you don’t because the moment you eat again, that weight will come back. Make sure to watch this video because it helps a lot! I had wished it was there when I was younger so don’t make the same mistakes I did!

One meal a day if you don’t get enough cal, your body will breakdown muscle for fuel. As you lose more muscles, your natual ability to burn calories also go down. It’s bad set up in long run. Some intermittent fasting people do eat once per day for benefits of fasting, but they eat enough calories and they add resistance training to prevent muscle loss.
so basically: Diet properly, without starving yourself, eat healthy, and work out The more muscle mass the more calories you'll burn without doing anything
Highly recommend going to a doctor about the exhaustion. I felt this way for so long and thought I packed will power, turns out I have fibromyalgia, asthma, and severe depression that needed medical care. No longer constantly tiered and seeking dopamine through food ✨ however I know everyone's different
the thing with me is that i doesn’t feel hungry till the afternoon or late afternoon and sometimes i just don’t feel like eating. but when i do eat i think i overeat a little
Think about food as the fuel for your body. Even if you don't feel hungry, when you wake up and start moving, your body needs fuel, so feed it at least a little! That could help your body be more efficient and regular in burning energy and won't allow you to get so hungry that you eat too fast and thus overeat.
Omg yes.. Thats my problem. I cannot be hungry for breakfast and lunch but come dinner time I stuff myself. And it's the worst time to eat becasue it just sits on you while you sleep and turns into fat
Honestly, thank you for this. I just went to the doctor about a week ago and got tested for COVID, but the real travesty to me was that I was weighed and realized I had gained a lot more weight than I imagined. Since then, I’ve been trying to eat as little as I can (without being suspicious) and I’ve been watching weight loss videos to see how I can lose the weight fast. Thank you for helping me realize that it’s okay and actually good to eat! And that it takes time to see realistic results. I will definitely be incorporating these tips into my daily living and lose weight the healthy and sustainable way ❤️

The reason eating close to nothing then eating normal and your weight skyrockets is because your body thinks it's going to starve again and it stores fat because it thinks it will need it
ive been starving myself for legit 1.5 years. I’m so tired and I’m not at my goal weight. I yo-yo an awful lot and I know I really need to get my metabolism up. I used to binge eat for YEARS before I went in the opposite direction and now I need to find a balance. Reduce your calories is fine, it's just that people slash thousands of calories right away if they diet lmao. Just eat a little bit less, somewhere around 200-500 calories less of what u usually eat (for intuitive eating peeps that's just not eating a snack or two) and you'll be fine. When I want to lose a little bit of weight what I increase is my step count. So I just walk more

i am too, and i agree with what you said. starving yourself doesnt work, only temporary. with the weight you lose you also lose life. food isnt an enemy unless you make it. its a friend who is their to support your body throughout life. that 10 pounds you dropped isnt worth the pain, hunger, or breakdowns. restricting yourself isnt living, its ok to have the cookie or bag of chips. you wont remember you ate it 1 month from now i promise. you arent supposed to fit the clothes, the clothes are supposed to fit you. everyone is beautiful and different. i dont believe weight defines health or beauty. 120 lbs doesnt mean theyre healthy it means theyre slim. i am 164 lbs and 5’5, i started starving myself around the beginning of quarantine. i havent done it in months i realized it wasnt healthy and i was destroying myself mentally, emotionally, and physically. yes i have gained weight back but i am happier and healthier. i am still working on losing weight but in a healthier way. i recommend the youtuber linda sun if you still have trouble with eating, she helped me a lot and basically saved me.

I lost almost 20 lbs (in a year) by lowering my portions (I overate a lot), and then I stopped losing weight. After a few months, i completely skipped meals, and it only worked temporarily, as I would binge eat late at night.. but this video has really helped me!! And I can’t wait to take these facts to my daily like and then hope for better progress!!

My stomach hurts and growls almost all the time and i think am suffering from constipation too. My stomach is always bloated. My dad says i’m getting thinner but i do not see any progress myself, idk why. After watching some of your videos, i have realised that in order to lose weight and keep it off, i’ve got to eat.more. How has your diet been love? I ALSO JUST 4 WEEKS AGO realised this and started Eatting back normally with an alright diet I felt so terrible to put even a spoon of rice before, now I been eatting better and walking more to be more healthy.
I’m having a physical check up next week and I know they’re gonna check my weight so n I’m panicking n breaking down😩 (2023) Edit: It went alr nun big, two years later I’m still a fat kid, I fell into depression and sh, almost suicide but therapy gave me a scare so i shut up. I’m still insecure and I feel gross in my body, I’ve started exercising n watching my food, it’s hard n I slip up but I try. I’m here at 3:00am crying at how shameful I am of what I’ve become contemplating starvation, sh and suicide all over again. I hope my comment can serve as some sort of motivation, not ever story is a success story, some are faster than others, some are slower. Some end in suicide or health troubles. Always strive to be the one who makes it. But to anyone who’s gave in, I hope rest easy. Also: My stupidity aside, you’ve got to understand that commitment is key, u can’t expect to loose weight quick and easy and be able to keep it off. U gained over years, u lose over years. It’s hard to cement it, but keep it going 😭 If I’m not back ina year I’m 6feet under, or I made it out n no longer need this video.
you can request for them to keep your weight hidden from you! when you go there, ask them. you may even be able to request for them to not weigh you at all. it’s difficult and I know that fear but I believe you can do it!

Sometimes it’s better to face the harsh reality. You can see this as a turning point to make better decisions. Just know that you are more than a number on the scale. That being said, please don’t ever starve yourself. Rapid weightloss is incredibly damaging.
I stumbled across this video and for the first time in a long time, I feel like losing the weight is doable. I think it was the last part about patience that did it for me. Thank you for the first one! I've been having the hardest time loosing weight even though I was eating clean and watching portions the number on the scale would not budge, YET the rare ocasion when I ate so much my stomach would hurt I'd loose weight! And it wasn't an obscene amount of food, it was just more than I was used to. I feel like people (doctors included) tend to forget it can be an option, they associate overweight to "too much food" even when you tell them you don't eat much. Hearing more people have this issue feels validating and serves me as a reminder to be more gentle with myself 💜

My personal story:
In middle school I was bullied for my weight. I was 14 and about 180-198 lbs (from when I took my physical). Moving into highschool I wanted to lose weight. It started with changing my diet by cutting off some snacks. I started to see a difference and I quickly cut out meat from my diet and depended only on chicken (chicken breast preferably). Not only did I consume less than 500 calories daily, I exercised on top of that. Im ashamed to say this but I even started purging (forcing myself to throw up). When I would exercise, I would wrap a bag around my waist to sweat more (not knowing that it actually affected my water weight). By the time I got into highschool I took a physical in school and found out I was about 130 lbs. My period had stopped, I was always light headed in school and I started to lose A LOT of hair (I still do). I was about 5'5 and my height went down to 5'4. My skin color went from a caramel brown to white-grey pale, and I have to get checked cause I might have anemia now. My mental health was and still is really bad. I started to get anxiety and became really depressed. I eventually stopped exercising because my body would hurt everywhere and it would hurt even to carry my backpack (I was really weak/no muscles). Because of my poor diet I began to be tired, out of breath and at times I would be sitting in class and swear I could feel and hear my heart pound for a couple of seconds. I kept losing weight and my lowest was 115-125. It may not be super light but it was unhealthy for how fast I lost it. I thought I was happy because I was skinny and had a thigh gap like my friends but in reality I wasn't. I thought that by putting myself through all this was going to make me more confident from the outside and people would like me. I'm a senior in highschool now and I realized during quarantine that I was in a toxic environment at school. I recently tried eating normal again but my metabolism was so messed up I think I'm about 165-180lbs again lol. I want to lose weight again, but this time the healthy way. I want to love and take care of myself the right way.💜💜

As someone who was anorexic and severely underweight about five years ago, I can tell you: DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF, YOUR METABOLISM WILL BECOME YOUR WORST ENEMY. Not only I gained all the weight back at some point, but I started noticing how easily my body would retain fat, even if I wasn't eating thaaaaat much in the first place. The ACTUAL secret to a healthy body: EXERCISE + CLEAN FOOD + ACTIVITY. Being sedentary IS THE ISSUE, NOT WHAT YOU EAT!!!! If you don't work on your activity levels, you'll get fat NO MATTER HOW LITTLE YOU EAT. And eating poorly KILLS YOU, literally. Thanks Zoe for bringing awareness, especially to young girls. It's hard to find a social media personality who actually did their homework.

I go on the treadmill 30 mins a day, and I also drink the “Kpop idol water” which is lemon water with green tea mixed. And I was able to lose up to 6-7 kgs in just one week. And it also helps me maintain my weight, and my skin started glowing. So I definitely recommend eating good proportions, and exercising daily, and also drinking tons of water

The most sustainable way is to NOT wreck your metabolism by restricting too much! Focus on getting the nourishment you need. You don’t need processed sugar, but you do need the healthiest versions you can obtain of protein, carbs, fat and micronutrients. (Vegetables and fruits have carbs AND micronutrients. 😉)
Sleeping enough is key, and so is lowering stress and being active. Engage in activities you enjoy. Aesthetics come with health.
Restricting will cause you to drop water weight and lose both fat and muscle. Your body will get used to eating fewer calories, and you will get stuck in a place where you can’t get enough nutrients and will gain when you are forced to increase your calories. It is much better to BUILD muscle that will burn those calories. Rev up that metabolism and you will be able to eat everything you need and then some.
I used to starve myself thinking it would help but it only made things worse. Not the best choice so I am quite happy you didn't choose it. Hope whenever you are right now you're doing good!

I don’t really count my calories because for example a cookie and apple are bother 100 calories but the cookie has no nutrition but the apple has vitamins. A cookie will make your insulin

Hey y’all, just wanted to say some words. I’m so fucking glad that 1 year ago I was overweight. Because if I had the body I always wanted I would have never purposely even thought of working out. Nowadays, working out is fun, it’s a great feeling of both pain and powerful. If you don’t feel like exercising then you’re probably bored of the same workout and want to try something new. So in conclusion if you don’t like your body: exercise. If you like your body: exercise. I promise you that you won’t regret it 💕😊💪

The problem with the diets all of these influencers and Hollywood stars promote is that you ARE basically starving yourself and it's not possible to sustain yourself on them the rest of your life

I wish I saw this when I was in year 9. At the start of 2019, I began to really starve myself because I was so desperate to lose weight (for a boy- wasn’t my best moments in 2019). I went from 90kgs to 73kgs within 3-6 months of cutting out meals. My mother and everyone was impressed by what I have done and my mother specifically said “Once you hit 55kg, everything will be great”. I wanted to impress her so I just starved myself, no food at all for 2-3 days and my body couldn’t handle it. I did indeed reached 67kg but my mental health and body started to really mess up. I was in the worse position in my life and it wasn’t until the start of 2020 I had changed.
Remember people! growing and maturing really does exist! I found new friends, I found myself again and I finally remember why I loved food so much. Once quarantine happened in 2020, I ended up gaining back my weight and weighed about 73kgs, I was so shocked and became disgusted at myself that I gained back my weight I went back to starving myself. THIS DIDN’T DO ANYTHING, I ENDED UP GAINING MORE WEIGHT BACK.
So here I am in 2021, I weigh around 75kgs now and I’m eating about 1,800 calories and doing daily exercises. I am more happier and fine than I was before, my mental health is better than it was before.
My story probably wasn’t interesting but to those who think “well starving myself will get the job done” it will but it will come back to bite you in the ass. If you’re willing to starve yourself from amazing food just to see results, I suggest you don’t because the moment you eat again, that weight will come back.
Make sure to watch this video because it helps a lot! I had wished it was there when I was younger so don’t make the same mistakes I did!

One meal a day if you don’t get enough cal, your body will breakdown muscle for fuel. As you lose more muscles, your natual ability to burn calories also go down. It’s bad set up in long run.
Some intermittent fasting people do eat once per day for benefits of fasting, but they eat enough calories and they add resistance training to prevent muscle loss.
That’s me…I only eat a meal in a day, and that’s normally during 2-3 pm
so basically: Diet properly, without starving yourself, eat healthy, and work out

Highly recommend going to a doctor about the exhaustion. I felt this way for so long and thought I packed will power, turns out I have fibromyalgia, asthma, and severe depression that needed medical care. the thing with me is that i doesn’t feel hungry till the afternoon or late afternoon and sometimes i just don’t feel like eating. but when i do eat i think i overeat a little
Think about food as the fuel for your body. Even if you don't feel hungry, when you wake up and start moving, your body needs fuel, so feed it at least a little! That could help your body be more efficient and regular in burning energy and won't allow you to get so hungry that you eat too fast and thus overeat.
You can also eat intuitively (like only eat when you’re hungry) just make sure to still keep track of portions!
Breakfast is important for ur body even though u might not fee hungry!

Honestly, thank you for this. I just went to the doctor about a week ago and got tested for COVID, but the real travesty to me was that I was weighed and realized I had gained a lot more weight than I imagined. Since then, I’ve been trying to eat as little as I can (without being suspicious) and I’ve been watching weight loss videos to see how I can lose the weight fast. Thank you for helping me realize that it’s okay and actually good to eat! And that it takes time to see realistic results. Reduce your calories is fine, it's just that people slash thousands of calories right away if they diet lmao. Just eat a little bit less, somewhere around 200-500 calories less of what u usually eat (for intuitive eating peeps that's just not eating a snack or two) and you'll be fine. When I want to lose a little bit of weight what I increase is my step count. So I just walk more

I'm quite the opposite I eat so much and sometimes I really cant control it like I just eat but these days I'm trying so hard to just eat less than I do

i am too, and i agree with what you said. starving yourself doesnt work, only temporary. with the weight you lose you also lose life. food isnt an enemy unless you make it. its a friend who is their to support your body throughout life. that 10 pounds you dropped isnt worth the pain, hunger, or breakdowns. restricting yourself isnt living, its ok to have the cookie or bag of chips. you wont remember you ate it 1 month from now i promise. you arent supposed to fit the clothes, the clothes are supposed to fit you. everyone is beautiful and different. i dont believe weight defines health or beauty. 120 lbs doesnt mean theyre healthy it means theyre slim. i am 164 lbs and 5’5, i started starving myself around the beginning of quarantine. i havent done it in months i realized it wasnt healthy and i was destroying myself mentally, emotionally, and physically. yes i have gained weight back but i am happier and healthier. i am still working on losing weight but in a healthier way. i recommend the youtuber linda sun if you still have trouble with eating, she helped me a lot and basically saved me.

So I stopped eating dinner and reduced lunch eat fruits in dinner time it's good and can help you in digestion as it worked for me

I felt this, I’m trying to diet to but it’s hard when your whole family is eating foods I would rather eat
I lost almost 20 lbs (in a year) by lowering my portions (I overate a lot), and then I stopped losing weight. After a few months, i completely skipped meals, and it only worked temporarily, as I would binge eat late at night.. but this video has really helped me!! And I can’t wait to take these facts to my daily like and then hope for better progress!!

*This is exactlyyyy the type of advice I needed to hear.* I haven’t been able to find legitimately good advice for my situation
(I lost 12 lbs but starving myself stopped working after that. Then I started to build muscle but also eat more because of that, which made me gain even more weight)
But I found this video and it literally answers all of my questions! I feel like I finally found someone that understands and has been through my situation, because no one in my life is willing to give me advice on losing weight because they think it could turn into disordered eating. for past 3 weeks, i’ve been eating around 600 calories per day. I always feel irritated and tired. My stomach hurts and growls almost all the time and i think am suffering from constipation too. My stomach is always bloated. My dad says i’m getting thinner but i do not see any progress myself, idk why. After watching some of your videos, i have realised that in order to lose weight and keep it off, i’ve got to eat.more. How has your diet been love? I ALSO JUST 4 WEEKS AGO realised this and started Eatting back normally with an alright diet I felt so terrible to put even a spoon of rice before, now I been eatting better and walking more to be more healthy.

Edit: It went alr nun big, two years later I’m still a fat kid, I fell into depression and sh, almost suicide but therapy gave me a scare so i shut up. I’m still insecure and I feel gross in my body, I’ve started exercising n watching my food, it’s hard n I slip up but I try. I’m here at 3:00am crying at how shameful I am of what I’ve become contemplating starvation, sh and suicide all over again. I hope my comment can serve as some sort of motivation, not ever story is a success story, some are faster than others, some are slower.
Some end in suicide or health troubles. Always strive to be the one who makes it. But to anyone who’s gave in, I hope rest easy.
Also: My stupidity aside, you’ve got to understand that commitment is key, u can’t expect to loose weight quick and easy and be able to keep it off. U gained over years, u lose over years. It’s hard to cement it, but keep it going 😭
If I’m not back ina year I’m 6feet under, or I made it out n no longer need this video.
you can request for them to keep your weight hidden from you! when you go there, ask them. you may even be able to request for them to not weigh you at all. it’s difficult and I know that fear but I believe you can do it!

Sometimes it’s better to face the harsh reality. You can see this as a turning point to make better decisions. Just know that you are more than a number on the scale. That being said, please don’t ever starve yourself. Rapid weightloss is incredibly damaging.

I've been having the hardest time loosing weight even though I was eating clean and watching portions the number on the scale would not budge, YET the rare ocasion when I ate so much my stomach would hurt I'd loose weight! And it wasn't an obscene amount of food, it was just more than I was used to. I feel like people (doctors included) tend to forget it can be an option, they associate overweight to "too much food" even when you tell them you don't eat much. Hearing more people have this issue feels validating and serves me as a reminder to be more gentle with myself 💜
