This Genshin Impact Theory video will explain the identities of the REAL Dendro Archon and the secrets hidden behind the region of Sumeru. Explaining that details involving the Lesser Lord Kusanali and connecting the dots from all the sources used to foreshadow the events in Sumeru Region. Covering real life legendary stories of the Lady of the Lake and backgrounds revolving the characters in Genshin Impact and even Honkai Impact 3rd.
What are the secrets hidden behind the current Dendro Archon of Sumeru and how is Fatui involved in everything? We will try to uncover the hidden breadcrumbs left by miHoYo in the game of Genshin Impact to help us get a better idea of what’s to come in the future of the story. This video is, in part, related to my previous Genshin Impact Theory video, related to the 8th element and their Gnosis identities relating to the shape of individual pieces.

Just so everyone new to this channel knows, this guy theorized Signora's death prior to the patch's release release.

He explained it so well that his theories have led me to fully anticipate a gacha game's storyline, a lot. A whole lot. This man has a gift with his words, and his brain works wonders. Before this I've only ever seen the artifact stories as blocks of text, and wondered why each of one them was oddly detailed yet vague for something not occurring in the current timeline.

Edit: It was leaked at the beginning of August that Signora would die, his video was at the end of August weeks after it was known. I'm not saying he isn't credible because of this, but that video can't be used as evidence towards his credibility

Also, maybe the reason why Baizhu is physically frail because his people don't worship him, instead Kusanali. Archon's power comes from worshipping.
Makes sense because even though Venti doesn't personally rule over Mondstadt, the people from his nation still worships him unlike the true Dendro Archon whose nation is worshipping another god instead of him.
@@miki5194 the original commenter got it wrong. An Archons power scales on how heavily they rule their nation, not how much their people worship them.
Since pretty much just dissappeared from Monstadt, he doesn't even rule it anymore which is why he is so weak. Unlike Zhongli who guided his people up until very recently. And Raiden is basically a dictator, so of course currently, she is the strongest out of the current archons we know of
@@AB-jt4rs but those power is only useable if they still got a hold of their gnosis.... Generally the archon's powers before then were like strong as hell... like zhongli able to one shot gods before his archon days and ei, a god with formidable prowess before she became an archon... so yeah

Tea
Effect: spills tea on enemies within a small AoE dealing a single instance of damage. Additionaly, attracts all British people within a 20 meter radius to deal additional damage to opponents

The fact that Baizhu is definitely hiding and even Zhongli didn't notice him before means that he is Really good at hiding!
-Anemo Slimes can fly, so Barbatos too (And fainting with only one hit too, just like Signora did), both of them can create wind current too.
-Geo Slimes have geo shield, Zhongli has one the best shield in the game.
-Electro Slimes have two types Purple and Yellow, one of them represents "+" the other "-", there was 2 Electro archon, Baal (Makoto) and Belzebul (Ei)
-Dendro Slimes have the ability of hiding under earth, Baizhu is hiding really well in Liyue, wich is the Geo Nation (Geo = Earth), so the Dendro Archon is hiding under the "Geo nation"... Dendro Slimes can summon tiny Dendro Slimes, And the Dendro Archon can summon a "Lesser Lord" Kusanali

if baizhu is the dendro archon, it makes sense why he’s not playable yet even though he’s been in a few major events
I’m pretty sure the reason he’s not playable is the same reason there’s a massive lack of Dendro characters and the ones that have been confirmed aren’t playable, they’re either struggling to think of elemental reactions or some other problem relating to the difficulties of the element
maybe lesser lord kusanali will be playable like raiden shogun instead of baizhu

Ppl saying that genshin impact has no content don't read lines. Half of the content goes to the lore and dialogues, and ppl just skip thru them. Even the new story quest for tsurumi island is way too good and mysterious. Ascension materials, enemies, artifacts etc have backstories not just flavor texts. Let's give credit to the writers.

Yeah but that’s just a different playerbase. Not everyone is interested in lore, just like how some people don’t like the challenging dungeon events. The game just has a huge audience and there are bound to be different groups of people.
Regardless of lore and dialogues the truth is this game has no permanent endgame content apart from spiral abyss. I personally enjoy lore however it is still no secret that this game suffers from a lack of content due to mihoyo being so money thirsty.

Theory: Sumeru is lying about who their archon is

So the reason that Dendro slimes are good at hiding themselves is because of his nature too. And that's also the reason why I can't get Viridescent
Here's some of my other speculations and observations until ver 3.3:
[Baizhu and Cryo]
- According to Qiqi's lore Story 5, it is mentioned that she is aware of other ulterior motives of Baizhu in employing and keeping her around, where Qiqi holds a Cryo vision. In Xiangling's voiceover "About Baizhu", it states that "I can smell Mist Flowers! It must be Dr. Baizhu!", suggesting that Baizhu frequently works with/brings along Mist Flowers, which are capable of "continues to emit cold". In Qiqi's lore Stroy 4, it is learnt that she was killed in a crossfire between some unknown superior beings. In the general lore, it is also stated that "She prefers cold weather, as the heat reminds her of death...", suggesting that fire is a fatal cause of her death. Finally, according to the Chinese story description of the item "Viridescent Venerer's Determination", the God of Woods was killed during the Cataclysm. Summarising these hints, I question if there was a possibility that the ex-Dendro archon secretly escaped from the disaster and faked his death to avoid the chase-down from the unknown "Heavenly opponents", where he was alleged to be involved in some speculative (scientific) collaborations with Khaenri'ah. Given that Dendro is naturally fragile against Pyro, could the ex-Dendro archon be severely burnt by some "heavenly/superior flame" during his escape, where the archon was unable to heal with mortal methods and could only stablise his life with the aid of Cryo elements?
[Baizhu, Sumeru and Coconuts]
- Qiqi loves coconut milks, but where did she find the coconuts? If one travels into the space of Serenitea Pot and talks with Tubby, there are two purchasable furnishings in the Realm Depot called "Silversand Coconut Tree" and "Whitesand Coconut Tree" , which are described to grow under warm-moist climate. More interestingly, the description of the Whitesand Coconut Tree mentioned the document "Seven Mountain Treatises", which was also (only) mentioned by Baizhu during the Liyue quest about "Smaragdus Jadeite". For "Silversand Coconut Tree", the description mentioned that the Fatui has been collecting a huge amount of its seeds recently, reminding me the collaboration between Baizhu and Childe for a pipelined supply of coconuts during the "Guizhong" quest. In short, it seems that Baizhu does have some connections with Sumeru. Is it just because he studied there before like Lisa, but just doesn't want to talk openly about Sumeru like other Sumeru academics with Sumerian names the traveller met on the journey? One key here would be to ask the question: is Baizhu originally from Sumeru and intentionally adopting a Liyue-etymology name.
[Dendro Hypostasis and God of Woods]
- Sumeru was co-ruled by three god-kings. To "defeat" dendro hypostasis, one uses the power of dendro to heal the three piths to restore the central cube. Interestingly, it somehow resembles the Sumeru plot of problems faced by the God of Wisdom, Scarlet King, Goddess of Flowers and the speculated injured God of Woods.
- If one looks closely at the "Vine Jail" attack of the hypostasis, there is a tree (a wood) at the centre. If one observes even closer, there are 3 clusters of cubes with 3 distinct colours at the end of branches. It is as if the God of Woods branches out to 3 god-kings.
- The coloured stains on the hypostasis look like burnt wood. During the restoration phase, the colour of the restoring bar is quite intriguing: deep green but not the dendro light green. In fact, dendro attack damages are in dark green. After restoration, the cube's colour is also darker green. Interestingly, Baizhu's hair colour is of darker green, of course by coincidence. His arms are also wrapped with bandages which makes one wonders what (burnt) scars are hidden underneath.
[Garden of Eden in Genesis]
- In the biblical story, there are tree(s) that bear forbidden fruits in God's garden: the tree of life, knowledge of good and evil. Does that remind one of something? A tree (God of Woods) that bears the fruit of life (Goddess of Flowers), fruit of knowledge of good (God of Wisdom) and fruit of knowledge of evil (Scarlet King).
[More on Dendro Slimes]
- Above the main body, the "flower" actually consists of 3 distinct layers. You can even burn and destroy the flower permanently as if the goddess of flowers was dead.
- It can spread 3 seeds that grow into 3 small dendro slimes. If the parent slime is dead, all small dendro slimes will die out too. One wonders if the God of Woods is really dead.
[Baizhu's vision and pursuit of immortality]
- It could be real, but from someone else, for instance, the perished Goddess of Flowers. The vision linking to a snake-shaped ornament is really interesting too.
- Many think Baizhu pursues immortality for himself. It could also be about bringing back one of his beloved perished Goddess of Flowers, which may be a forbidden action in Teyvat.
[Miscellaneous]
- The cloth design of Baizhu and the tool "Boon of the Elder Tree" have some resemblance, which was interestingly shown on Nahida's demo at 0:43 for a second.
- Dendro ascension material "Nagadus Emerald Gemstone" has an intriguing naming. "Naga" is a divine being of half-human half-serpent form.
- Sumeru region logo looks like a tree bearing some fruits. The dendro icon is hidden in a tree and beneath the geo ground.

Kusanali might be a deceptive replacement for real archon but i think she is also a god(like guezhong or havria). Since the gods of each region all fall under the same primary element, extended life(500+) and in the previous life of buddha, he was a "tree god"(they are called ruksha dewathawo & dewathawa means deity) possesing the flower bush named kusanali.

The problem... Kusanali is the only God (in this case Goddess) from Sumeru that we know about, for now.
This pattern happened with the 2 previous regions: Venti mentioned Morax, Zhongli mentioned Baal and now Yae mentioned Kusanali. They mentioned the next Archon we have to meet.
I like to make theories but when there is a pattern, the theories that I made, read and hear from other people have no sense. Like the Yae being the og Electro Archon.
I never believed in that theory since it was stated that she is way younger than Ei or Makoto.

now that i think about it the legend of the white snake might make more sense for baizhu. his theme is all about snakes and he literally has one on his shoulder. the tale is about a white snake, bai suzhen who can turn into a pretty woman and marries a young man named xu xian and they open a medicine shop together. the man didn’t know his wife was a snake demon and basically died from shock when he found out so his wife goes on a quest to find a herb that will bring him back to life. so changsheng might not actually be a snake, baizhu might not be his real name and this might be why he is sick. this is also one of chinese's most popular tales i think? so it would make sense for mihoyo to draw inspiration from it because liyue kinda represents china. anyway i do hope we will get another male archon before we move to only females lol so if it turns out to be baizhu that's also fine with me.

I'm going to add more into this. Them adding corrosion as a mechanic was probably on purpose to start getting us use to the idea of it which plays into this theory. Qiqi has also not had a story quest and that is noteworthy because pretty much every other Liyue character has been involved in a story quest in a big way now. Qiqi was just a minor character in the Archon quest and got forgotten about since then with a little appearance in Moonchase. Same can be said for Baizhu, with him being even more mysterious. This would also explain why we haven't met any other Dendro users. Finally I'm willing to bet either Baizhu is the Archon and he dies because of the Fatui or he's the Archon who betrays Celestia and tells us information we aren't supposed to know because Celestia caused his illness. This could set us up for a trial in Fontaine which would be Celestia's first attempt at getting rid of us. This is all a theory though.

@@Arikatsu69 well maybe the fatui (being good at trading) would also be good at trading knowledge/wisdom to the point they uncover the baizhu thing and hence the system of trading wisdom for wisdom led their own demise
MiHoYo has played the "god turns into tree" trope three time already. We have Vinessa turning into the large oak at Windrise, Azdaha's tail turning into a tree as he was sealed, and Makoto becoming the sacred sakura tree after she died in the war 500 years ago. It would be expected that the former dendro archon (probably Greater Lord something) also turned into a tree. But the difference being that the current dendro archon might be able to communicate with them with dendro powers.

Edit: Any theory about Baizhu being the Dendro Archon got thoroughly disproven by act V of the Archon quest. New Copium: I hope he's related to Pantalone
Another little thing that adds to me being skeptical about Kusanali being the real Dendro Archon is... her true Archon name was never mentioned. Barbatos and Morax are well known names, Zhongli tells the Traveler about Baal (technically incorrect but close enough), but neither Yae nor anyone else ever said Kusanali's demon name. Might be a hint, might just be coincidence, I don't know.

Hmm. Honestly, since Kusanali is the dendro archon, but we don't know her demon name, since we never got info on that, and IF we get to Sumeru and we still won't be able to figure out what Kusanali's demon name is, it will probably mean that she's a decoy.
And if she's a decoy - That probably means that there's someone actually higher than her and the Akademiya at the same time. But this is just my speculation.
If Baizhu is indeed the Dendro Archon who became inflicted with the Curse, it happened 500 years ago, and he faked his death 500 years ago. He came to be the guardian of Qiqi during Hu Tao’s life so this confirms him being in Liyue for at least 10 years. This means he has kept himself hidden very well in either Sumeru or Liyue, maybe even both. As his profession in being a doctor, his capability of being hidden may be due to him being a herbalist of sorts not that well known as he wouldn’t want to gather too much attention until he set up a good home base, or the Bubu Pharmacy. However an interesting thing about Bubu, is that it means No Fortune Telling, and Qiqi has a Fortune Preserving Talisman. And these Talisman were likely placed by Baizhu, however these Talisman are called Ofuda Talisman which are used by the Onmyodo, from Inazuma. This would mean that Baizhu has some relation to Inazuma and we happen to know of an Onmyodo practitioner who went to Liyue. This practitioner visited Liyue around 500 years ago, meaning that Baizhu would of had to been around at that time and encountered Kamuna Harunosuke. So he most definitely is more than Human.
Edit: I was looking in the Living Beings Archive and noticed this description of the Dendro Samachurl, “one that awakens the might of Dendro” maybe a sign that the Dendro Archon is truly “asleep” and waiting to “awaken”?

@@celvinardenwu5382 I am actually between the theory of him being the Dendro Archon of Woods, or just an Adepti. Kamuna came to Liyue to learn the adepti arts, so it is plausible that Baizhu is simply just an Adepti who exchanged arts to learn some new stuff.
And this post was kind of made on the spur of the moment, if I could edit the whole thing out I would, but it does bring up the fact about Baizhu and Qiqi’s connection to Onmyodo Talismans.
this theory is so interesting! and now i'm reminded a lil detail i thought was odd about moonchase, i can't find baizhu in the final cutscene. we see all the other liyue characters, they even hint at an unreleased character, but no baizhu. maybe it's a hint that he's not from liyue? 🤔

Even if the theories are wrong, I think they are really interesting and fun to watch. If u guys notice, Baizhu is not in the Moonchase cutscene while Yunjin and Yelan who are new characters, show up in the cutscene
Isn't it young madame ping rather than yelan in moonchase? The other new character in moonchase besides yunjin doesn't have a vision visible, and they have a bell that relates back to madame ping

I already suspected that Baizhu is the dendro archon or used to be one since v1.1.
Just to add into the theory, Sumeru's specialty wine is frigid snake wine. Baizhu's eyes resembles snake, his outfit has a snake pattern and he has a snake companion and nothing else on the game has that.
Baizhu has been in the game since 1.1 but not a single leak about him, unlike Yao Yao, Yujin and many others. I believe he will be released after Sumeru is released (really sus).
Dendro slime's hiding skill also refers to the theme of sumeru's chapter. There's a random text under each chapter title on Mihoyo's UA-cam trailer and someone managed to translate it and the meaning is similar to "Hidden beneath the flower". And it matches video's theory. that the current Flower god is a fake one and the real one is hiding.
And the last one that i think everyone already knows. Archon's hair colour always resembles the colour of their element and Baizhu's green hair colour matches the colour of dendro.

But the thing is, I speculate that Baizhu is indeed a god. Take for example each god(archon) from each continent, i.e. Venti, Zhongli, Raiden shogun, etc, they will have a strong resemblance of the gods from those areas. Venti: An Angel, Zhongli looks like one of the Chinese war gods, And Raiden Shogun takes inspiration from Izanami and Amaterasu. Now, we know, Sumeru is a Hindu-based region, or Buddhist, anyway, anything from India, and Baizhu has always looked off from the appearances in Liyue. So, take this with a small sprinkle of salt, but, Baizhu somewhat takes his resemblance from Lord Shiva. He has his eyes partially closed ( An element from Night Blindness), he has a snake to represent his alertness, just like Lord Shiva, and last but not the least, THIS IS AN IMPORTANT ONE, Baizhu is surrounded by zombies and he has the ability to cure any disease. Similarly, Lord Shiva is often surrounded by Bootha Ganaas, or supernatural beings, and possesses the knowledge of herbs and immortality chants, besides always going into a cave to meditate, and in Baizhu's case, to find a cure. Therefore, this is damn credible, and I genuinely hope Baizhu is the original archon.
Also, Zhongli is extremely knowledgeable about rocks. And Baizhu is extremely knowledgeable about plants.

I bet if he does come out as the Dendro archon, Mihoyo will make the highlight on his hair more visible like a glow up. Also, i've always been interested in the symbolism of snakes and serpents. After all, snakes had always been seen as a bad thing! They represent sneakiness, seduction, backstabbing, slyness, trickery. Calling someone a snake has also been used as an insult to someone's character. So Baizhu having this snake concept going on while staying low and going undercover really fits his situation well.

Before watching this, I was honestly disappointed after learning that there would potentially be a 2:5 ratio of male to female archons, especially since they shoved both male archons to the beginning of the game. Having a 3:4 balance feels better, and the Dendro archon theories in the comments make the future update sound awesome.

I agree since there's too much female characters already. Mondstadt has a 6:12 ratio (Unfair), Liyue has a 4:12 ratio (wtf), and Inazuma has a 6:8 on 2.8 (good enough). It makes sense that there are more female characters because they attract more money, but male characters can do the same, they are just too lazy to put on more effort because they want waifus more and they also know that most of the fandom wants the same.
While this theory sounds interesting, I just want to point out that 'devi', in the context used here, doesn't really translate to queen. Devi is more akin to an honorific used for any female divine being. It's not necessarily a 'queen'. So it is closer to an honorific like Raiden Shogun 'sama' or 'Lord' Rex Lapis.
Devi is literally GODDESS in Sanskrit.

After I watched this theory, I'm kinda confused weather Zhongli not knowing Baizhu despite knowing for sure who every one is in Liyue as he even knows Qiqi indicates he knows about Baizhu hiding his identity and also keeping it a secret as part of a contract or is his Identity really that well kept of a secret that even Zhongli couldn't make out his identity.
Although based on Venti's lines on the end of Mondstat's quest he said he doesn't personally know all the other Archons and only Rex Lapis and Him were the only original Archons left so that says that he only knew or got close to 2 other archons that being Makoto and Rex Lapis, that might be the same for Rex Lapis that he only knew some of them personally and didn't know about the Dendro Archon of that time during the cataclysm.
the venti part isnt true 100%; because he definitely knew the tsaritsa. he played jokes on her and he told us that she changed 500 years ago and he doesnt recognize her character anymore bc she changed so much, so venti definitely knew more than two

Also Venti is surprised Tsaritsa was able to send Signora to steal his gnosis, wich sound like "he thought he knew her". Honestly, Baizhu is just so weird from a metanarrative standpoint. We know Yaoyao is a Dendro user and that's probably why she hasn't appeared in the game yet (there is an official artwork of her and Qiqi outside the game though), not even in an event cutscene. I suspect Varka is a Dendro user and that's why we have not seen him yet despite how important he is to Mondstadt. And yet here is Baizhu, the only Dendro user in the game so far and who has been in the game since 1.0, since day one. Not just that, but he's not just some random bystander but was important in the Liyue Archon Quest and the Serenitea Pot quest. In addition, he has appeared every Liyue festival (except 2021 Lantern Rite but pretty much only Xiao appeared in that one anyway). And yet he wasn't shown in the Moonchase cutscene which even showed then unreleased Yun Jin and rather obscure characters like Pervases. Why is he brought out for every festival? Shenhe, Yun Jin and now Yelan weren't officially shown this long before release. Until the 2022 Lantern Rite there was also 0 official art of him despite how prominent he is, and the little official art is as chibi only. There has to be much more to him than just being a very competent doctor who owns a pharmacy and is obsessed with immortality, I swear.
Some other stuff:
-He is known even in Mondstadt as we can see with Anna's and Anthony's daily commissions, while he's not explicitly named it's pretty obviously Baizhu who tells Anthony what is needed to cure Anna's illness. Yet you're telling me Zhongli, the former Geo Archon, the guy who knows way too much about everyone and everything, didn't know of his existence until he met Baizhu in the Archon quest? I don't believe that for a second. Even Xiao knows of him.
-Even though most Liyue characters know him, they seem to know very little about him. While the same applies to Shenhe, she doesn't live in the city and is a loner raised by an adepti. Not really comparable I would say. Baizhu on the other hand (probably) lives in the city and interacts with many people. Of course, maybe he could just be really secretive.
Some people said this Archon theory is gonna be like Yae Miko's. This theory is well-explained and has actual evidence and dot connecting that really makes sense.

I think archons have another source of power: their involvement in the country they represent/govern. That's why Venti is considered weak even with the Gnosis. As a god of freedom, he's pretty hands-off from Mondstad, leaving the governing/running country business to its people

did anyone realize that all regions have special trees? Monstadt has a tree that worships Vannessa. Liyue has a tree that has Azdeha (hopefully I spelled it right) domain below it. And I’m Inazuma has a tree that I think worships Raiden Shogun I can’t remember. It’s a possibility that the tree in the video might be in Sumeru or other special trees in other regions

based on your previous theory on the gnosis, I would also argue that the original Archons come in male/female pairs (e.g. Zhongli and Tsaritsa as the rooks). And if the Elektro and Dendro Archon both hold the bishop gnosis, the original Dendro Archon would be male
But there's 7 Archons and those pairs only fit six archons, and we already know the Pyro and Hydro Archons are female so one should atleast be paired with Venti as the king and queen correct?
@@bvbblegxxm I think what they're getting at are the OG 7 Archons, both the current Pyro and Hydro Archons aren't the part of the Original 7, which is: Barbatos, Morax, Baal, the God of Woods, and the last 3 elements. So unless we get more lore about the Original 7 in the future, it's safe to speculate that Pyro and Hydro had Archons of different genders.

I believe this 100%!!! Another hint that you missed it in the “Teyvat chapter preview” video. When sumeru shows up, there is a small text written in the khaenri’ah language. When translated it states “ The light of wisdom hidden under flowers”. I believe that this is a talking about how The real dendro archon (baizhu ofc) is hiding while lesser lord kusanali is taking his place. This can also be seen with the dendro slimes. The large slime hides itself as the form of an innocent flower as to draw In it’s pray.
I'd imagine Qiqi is his bodyguard with stipulations that keeps her from true free will. It's possible she is strong asf preventing the fatui from taking the gnosis.

I noticed that every continent released so far has or had a serpent/dragon related with the archon i.e. Dvalin with Venti, Azhdaha with Zhong Li, Orobaxi with Ei. I wonder if Baizhu's relationship with the snake is similar.
I very much doubt the fatui know of the Dendro archon condition because they didn't even know Ei gave her gnosis to Yae until she offered it in exchange for the traveler. Though I do like this theory a lot. Another is The dendro archor could have used the event 500 years ago to fake his/her death to further protect them selves and their wisdom and knowledge they may have of gained of ancient civilization, food for thought.

If i may add, the Dendro Archon is from Sumeru and as we know Suneru is based on India and Egypt, the most interesting thing i found out is that One of the main Gods in Hinduism is Lord Shiva, who also has a snake around his neck, almost exactly like Baizhu. I’m down with this theory a hundred percent.

I think that the Dendro and Geo elements are related...
Here's why:
Dendro is the Nature element. (My favorite)
Geo is the Rock element.
My theory is that dendro and geo are both branches of the "earth" element, just like Anemo (wind) and Electro (lightning) are branches of the "air" element.
This makes me think that Qiqi might appear in Sumeru along with Baizhu. It would be awesome to see more Qiqi spotlight.
Or maybe she's the one hiding the gnosis that Baizhu had. 🤯

Finally Seed of Sumeru being mentioned, I have been holding it all the time
Nice theory! Something i noticed is that Paimon's cape looks a lot like the starry portals created by the abyss like the one in the "we will be reunited cutscene" which is very interesting, also her space/time powers she uses ingame (her floating and emitting starry particles and constellations) are also similar to the portals as well. Since the abyss powers are said to rival celestia, it would make sense that they also are related to time due to existing outside of Celestia's control of Teyvat. Abyss portals allow for instant movement over great distances (space time portals) so the idea that her space time powers are from the abyss and Khaenriah are likely. Also her hairpin is that of a star which also represents Khaenriah (the stars on abyss powers and also the single star seen when Dainself talks about the people of Khaenriah which also symbolizes that Khaenriah was so far out of Celestia's reach that even now it wasn't fully destroyed.) Other pieces of clothing on her also resemble the celestial motif meaning she is from celestia or from Khaenriah with her clothing made to resemble celestia. also if she is indeed from Khaenriah and not Celestia Khemia could easily explain her existence (remember that Ei made raiden shogun so its not impossible for Khaenriah to make their own archon) and similarities to the abyss powers and if she was created it's likely she wasn't completed/fully imbued with energy/a prototype which would explain why she's the weakest character in the game in regards to brute force. Also if she really is an archon and the rules of an archon apply to her she would be super weak (which could explain her barely having powers) due to literally having nobody regarding her as an archon.
