- WOWED by this tanning lotion. Smells great and never has that weird tanning odor. Nice bronze color with no orange tint. Goes on smoothly and evenly. A little product goes a long way. Dries quickly with no stickiness. Doesn't come off on my clothes or furniture. No disadvantages that I have found. Finally, a self-tanner that is truly a pleasure to use! This video review shows the product details, how I used it, and my results after days of use. If you want a nice, natural-looking tan, I recommend the Australian Gold Instant Tanning Lotion! I remember the first tanner that came out QT. Yeah I'm old. It definitely turned orange. Tried the Loreal for the first time today applied twice. Exfoliated really good first used a mit as I used the lotion. Very nice results. Can't wait to try the Australian Gold.

It says wait a least 4 hours before bathing so it allows the color to develop.

Thank you! The Australian Gold lotion/creme is still my favorite. I did NOT have good results with the Australian Gold spray but that video is worth a giggle if you need one. 😆 Other sprays worked better for me.

Kim Townsel I cant wait to try!! I’ve been using the Jergens foam in the darker color and it sure worked for my pale November skin!! Scent not bad either but maybe a little drying. When I ordered the Australian Gold I also ordered another favorite from summer: bondi sands dry oil spray. I thought I’d tell you my 2 faves since you are into faux tanning year round! 🙂

It works beautifully without the Sun. My favorite cream Tanner!
does the tan disappear with a shower? not sure if it is smt that stays in for some days/weeks or just something you have momentarily
It does gives some slight instant color as well as some that develops over time. I use white washcloths and do see some wash off. It smells great and isn't a dramatic change. Subtle.
I’m abit scared I wanna use this but I’m worried if it goes on my sheets or gets patchy and like if I’m wearing shorts and use the lotion and have the line
Let it dry will before getting close to textiles. Bronzers and instant tanners are more likely to stain textiles.

This is one of my favorites! All I have tried get a little patchy around the ankles so I just make sure to exfoliate.
Kim Townsel thanks for your response.. good to hear! Does it stay on long as well, or come off when you are really sweaty in hot summers? I sadly have had that experience with other selftanners when it was really hot..
It likely will sweat off and make it uneven. I apply when I am not going to be wearing clothes to be stained or very active... if I am applying any before I will be outdoors (working in year) I apply a very light coat of the tanner.
Can i use it when i go the sea ?
I think so but the tan will wash off unless you apply days before. Also, I do not think it contains suncreen.
What about the face??? Is there any tanners safe for the face?
I had good results with a Jergens face tanner. I think I have a video about that one.
Is it more yellow or red toned ? And do you see color as soon as you put it on ? If so , does that color wash off in the shower ?
It is more yellow, as shown in the video. Check the video as I apply to see how much color shows on application. In my experience, they all wash off somewhat but this one washed off less dramatically than others. I have several tanning videos up if you want to watch for comparisons.

Yes. I have used it on my face. I have no problems with the #AustralianGold lotion. I also a video up about a beneficial face tanner lotion that I have used for years. Thank you for watching!

I still use this almost daily but when I stop, it seems the color is gone after about 3-5 days.

Austrian gold is 70% water 30% product. there are better stuff out there. Norvell is much better.
