Hello I am tom and my fiance in Brazil. I am meddle of the 129f waiting yet ,USCIS received packet on Feb 22 2024.

I have been in a relationship with a Panamanian for almost 6 years now. We got engaged last year and are thinking about getting married next year.
I would really like to have her come meet my family in the States, but we plan on living in Panama.
IF we can get her here, I want to get married here, so that we have all the documentation here.
She is signed up for a meeting with the embassy in December 🤦🏻. Nothing gets done quickly there. I’m wondering if maybe I should apply for a Fiancé visa?
The tricky part about that is that I don’t make a whole lot of money. I am 35 and I still live with my parents. I am on Social Security Disability. I have a job that I work part time at also.
I’m wondering if I can use the Social Security money as my income, because I believe that I have to earn $20k to fit the requirements.
We have seen each other every year, last year I spent 5 weeks there. I don’t know if I make enough money with my job and Social Security to be able to apply for it though. 😢
