Thank you for this step by step series about the fiancée visa process. Please do a companion series about the spousal visa process.
I just heard today there is a 4 month wait once the USCIS sends the approval to NCV in Bangkok!
My fiancé has the interview tomorrow and I’m not sure we can survive a denial.
We wish you the best of luck on your interview! Should you have any questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at 317-247-5040!
hello! I was just wondering if there was anything i should do, other than waiting.
My AOS has now been pending for over 124 days, and the not working side of things is of course squeezing us, i wasn't sure if there was a way i could speed up the I-765 side of things?
Many thanks!

After they pass thier interview, do they need to pay a fee before they come here in USA and how long do they have to enter the country after they pass the interview
I don’t think there’s any fee in South Africa. They have six months to enter the US
