Hey Jim, I filed a 1447(b) suit against USCIS, and 7 days before the 60-day response period, they asked me for a 30-day extension to file a response. They said USCIS hasn't indicated any desire to move to a remand + adjudication within 60 days (which he says is common, but somehow not the case here). Should I just go along with it?
