I am in love with the glass sided stove/oven! How deluxe! Imagine fresh baked rolls while out ‘roughing it!’ And the cheeriness of being able to watch the fire…best of all worlds!

Went to Texas in 2021 to camp with some friends of mine from the military. Woke up Monday morning with enough frost on the ground i thought it snowed. We Left that night when the Massive Ice storm came! What a Wonderful time! 2022 was 17 degrees the second night! God Bless Texas! Going back next year!
The best part of camping.. besides eating...is just staring at the fire ..just watching it burn.
After all that exhaustion & hustle & bustle of the world all i need to watch is Andy’s relaxing and peaceful video in the woods.
Only recently have I found this channel but there's just something serene in every video. A lightning in a bottle type of deal. It's the perfect content to cool down and enjoy little things.
The cooking segments are great inspirations for a different meal when you get tired of the same old homely menu!

Hi Andy been watching your trips for a while now. Just a little tip, you may already know but if you ever want to clean your glass on your stove, use the ash in the pan with a cloth and water. Cleans with no scrubbing or scratching xxx

Try some window screening material wrapped around the top of the chimney to get rid of the sparks. That is what steam locomotives used to stop sparks from starting fires along the track.

Great video as always. I love the whole vibe of the channel but the cooking segments are some of my favorite bits. Every time I see that Pomoly Stove/Oven I am tempted to order one. Here in the states pigs in a blanket are commonly cocktail wieners wrapped in dough. While I fiercely love my country I feel we have been let down on this front and believe reprimands are in order.
While we in the USA do little cocktail piggies in a blanket they do "whole hogs" in full-on sleeping bags 😀. I think we missed out in the transport over the Pond.

James' lady here.... I was a pro baker for 10 years, and my instinct with your pizza situation is to crisp the crust sitting on top of stove, then bake rest below!! This would work with your brownies too. Our home oven is outdated and not convection, so i'm used to negotiating top and bottom heat lol! Great videos, fun to watch thx!

Nothing like vicariously forgetting all your cares camping in the "woods." Would love to be out there camping myself, but that's just not in the cards right now. And, since i am old, fat, and out of shape, probably not in my future either. ^-^

One thing I don't understand about this and other videos about hot tenting is that when I was hot tenting the larger-sized rounds of firewood were of great value to me as to their size. Once I got a bed of coals I would feed those large rounds into the stove to get a slower, longer burn without the fast hot burn of small splits that burn up so quick. By folding the edges together of 3 or 4 layers of slightly crumbled aluminum foil to close the door on, making a fairly tight door gasket I could get overnight burns of up to 6 hours. If the fire was too starved of air I would poke a few holes through the foil with my pencil. I would always set aside those large rounds for the night.
