Thank you so much! I thought my brand new clippers were blunt and useless and i was already shopping around for clippers 4 times as expensive and then happened to search and found this video. Thank you, this is the best Wahl clipper adjustment video I've seen, easy and precise. I had taken my wahl apart to clean awhile ago and it never seemed to work right afterward, after watching this video and adjusting my clippers per instructions they cut better than when I purchased my clippers. Cut my hair in half the time as last time. Again, Thank you!

My clippers weren't cutting. They were moving side to side but they weren't cutting. Aligning them like you said; right side of the blade on the fat part and the left side of the blade aligned with the 2nd thin triangle, and also pushing the blade "up" a bit closer to the edge fixed my problem. Thanks!

Wow! Funny how my clipper stopped working, didn't know what to do even though people said it shouldn't be blunt so quickly, seeing it's just a month old. I'm new to barbing. Will give this a try once I get back to work. Thank you so much.

Err, I think that slot in the brush handle might be for setting this gap 0:53, it looks like the exact same length as the blade

Excellent video! Question, I've taken my wahl apart. The vibrating "arm" seems to be clacking against the shroud even with top cover off. If tilted, motor will even stop as it must be striking the lower shroud somewhere. Do you have any thoughts? I would hate to throw out $40 clippers for something mechanical. My clipper is exactly the same as the one on the left in screen at "0.07"- no spring. Thanks if you have the time to answer.

  • @miguelenriquegarnicahernan3889

Thanks for the vidéo. It is very helpful. I’m just wondering how to adjust my clipper to reduce vibration. My clipper has just an adjustment screw just next to the blades and I’m turning it trying to find the best adjustment but it keeps vibrating and my hand becomes numb. Do you have an advice to help me, please? Thanks in advance!

I want to align like my Limural wireless was stock, I installed ceramic blades and I'm basically at a Zero gap. I want stock alignment so I can do a proper 0.5/1/2 fade.

I know what you mean! 🤣 If you don't have that tiny sponge bit that 'traps' the hair and 'prevents' hair getting inside the cavity of the clipper, you can buy them from your local Wahl supplier/website.

@@lmbpros How come your bottom blade spring doesn’t pop up? On my clippers my bottom blade spring does, which makes zero gapping hard to do because I have to hold down the bottom blade while trying to align it with the top. How are you keeping the tension on your bottom blade?
