Ingredients :
raw mango 1 small(sour variety)
Green chilli 2
salt
Tempering :
Oil 1 tsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Methi 1/4th tsp
Hing a pinch
Curry leaves
Red chilli 2 (use dried jeerige/gandhari menasu if you have)
Method 1.
1.peel the mango skin, cut into pieces grind to a smooth paste with green chilli and strain it to a vessel. Based on the sourness add water to bring it to saaru or rasam consistency. Add salt. And finally add tempering.This is good to serve as summer drink.
