HOW TO KNOW IF STEERING ANGLE SENSOR IS BAD GOOD BMW E46 E53 E83 E65 E60 E61 E85 X3 X5 Z3 Z4
In this video we will explain how to test steering angle sensor on BMW and how to know if your sensor is bad or it just need to be calibrated. Sometimes after suspension work, alignment and other, your traction control light may turn on because of a not calibrated steering angle sensor. We demonstrated how to test steering angle sensor on BMW e46 but the same procedure will apply to multiple models.

I ve checked the value of the steering angle sensor and when turn the the stering wheel rightbor left the value stays at 0 zero.
So does it means that the sensor is not working anymore ?

I scanned my steering angle sensor and the value is -500 +/- but aligment is done wheels and steerens is straigh, waht should I do with this value??

Hello! My SZL show 35grades with the steering wheel straight,i calibrated the SZL the value was going to 0 but after few thousand kilometers,the SZL it's show again 35grades. What's wrong?

Can't you fix it with a laptop and an interface using some kind of software?
