Hope you guys enjoyed the first episode! We're heading to 11 more US and Canadian cities this fall. Where should we go? What's your favorite restaurant? Want to join us for a bite? Let us know in the comments below!
Where are the oldie staples of SF? You should try some of those also instead of the trendy places that are already getting press. It's harder work, but probably worth it, yeah? With that said, I do still validate some of the choices. :)
Another vote for Seattle! You should come have sushi at Japonessa! Then go to Pike Place Market and get hum bao from Mee Sum Pastry, mini donuts from the mini donut stand (or go to Top Pot for full-sized donuts!), then come out to West Seattle and go to Talarico's and get the biggest slice of pizza - 14" long slices! (edit: and I would totally eat with you guys at any one of these places!)
My gf and I both thought this was an amazing show that deserves its own spot on TV. Everything from the cast to the editing was so well done and entertaining. In my opinion this is the best series that "Tastemade" has produced so far. Thank you for the awesome content :)
Only problem with this episode is the length! I know in the newer ones like the NYC episode you came close to 20 minutes, which I'd say needs to be a minimum. You guys have so much to show! Love it btw.
Really cool way to see a bunch of local spots, thanks for highlighting some great places to eat. Really looking forward to the season of this show. The episodes could be a little longer though. I wouldn't mind 15-20 minutes so that we can get some better idea of what else in on the menu at each place. Maybe 24 hours/restaurants in 24 minutes?
***** i'm not in LA-proper enough to know all the places there but definitely have mexican on your list. there are some amazing places - personally, i like el tepayac for their chile verde and chalio for their berria.
***** gotta hit up a K-BBQ place; i recommend Road to Seoul; and definitely a Japanese izakaya :D If you're sticking strictly to LA the city, there's a looot of good Asian food you'll miss out on in the 626 ;)
***** do LA stat! I only know of some places in socal. anaheim packing district: the kroft for the pochetta sandwich, tebo tebo for ca bun or bun bo hue, boston lobster for the lobster with noodles, bazaar for tappas or drinks
sweet baby jesus, you guys are savages! i eat for a living and am beyond floored by how much you took in in 24 hours. if you need some recs for the LA ep -- or just need someone to tap in -- holler!
I finally got a chance to go to Mau, and I must say that place is awesome! Very friendly staff, food is really good. Definitely a good place if you are in the Mission and want Vietnamese food.
This was pretty awesome i gotta check some of these places out! I live about an hour and half away from the City so it should be pretty fun i want to check out AQ though!
It's hilarious, Mau is walking distance from Boba Guys and they had traveling footage in between. I thought," why would they drive from there to there? It's only a few blocks" when I remembered. It's a show. Shows need transitions.
side note: i once witnessed Bruce hustle a dude at the Biltmore Hotel in Tahoe at Street Fighter II. "...some kid told me to spin the joystick in circles and press punch buttons..."
If you were to come to LA some restaurant recommendations would be fritto misto in Santa Monica, sugar fish, luscious dumplings in the sgv valley, & Kang Ho Dong for kbbq in LA it's the best :3

Meg Hilbs we had an amazing amount of those over the course of ten shows! always hilarious.
It's hilarious, Mau is walking distance from Boba Guys and they had traveling footage in between. I thought," why would they drive from there to there? It's only a few blocks" when I remembered. It's a show. Shows need transitions.

Wonder how much this cost....
no need to wonder.....i'm sure it will cost more than most of us can afford.
come to Washington , DC
Where are the recipes? Why is it different? :(
This is okay, I would rather see them talk about the food and not about finishing it all than trying to stuff 24 plates of food down their throat.
Whats with the low vitality?
"Finish everything-"
Ah, I see...
I'm watching at 2016
