She deleted her texts and told Chris to delete his texts. She searched "can police recover deleted texts," then went to police to "help" them investigate. They let her pretend to be the victim instead of interrogating her. No one can convince me that she is not complicit in the murders.

Why police didn’t check the neighbour’s hint that she saw opposite side of the street a grey pick-up car that night the murder happened. She says she never saw that car before that night and after that night…..As you saw in the beginning of the interview, Nicole is laughs. Does anybody laughs on such situation?

That was just a cover. She knew everything that was planned for Shannon and the gírls because it was all NK's idea. We must not forget Jim eíther, because he played a very active role ín the killíngs too (allegedly). Í have done many thousands of hours of research on this case and all three should be sitting in jail right now, not just one. NK is a compulsive liar.
This woman is unbelievable. She is coming across as the victim. I am shocked at how calm she is and she has not shed a tear for Shannan, Cece and Bella. She just wants to carry on as normal. She is just not a very genuine person when it comes to others.
She wasn’t interrogated, she was lightly questioned about Chris.
They handled her like they were afraid to approach any hard real questions imo it was like watching a parent avoiding confrontation & just shaking their head while passing the kid in the hall .

Agree. The detective believed everything she said because she tricked him into believing he was of the same high-calibre of people as her. It is a mental/psycho-social bro-down/understanding. She was one of them, not one of the criminals(and doesn't hurt that she is a woman with strong sexual energy, the man was putty in her hand). Her superior intelligence lead him, and the conversation. Look how naive Chris Watts is. Manipulating people, lying compulsively, and messing with their heads/gaslighting people: should be illegal. She is most likely why they used to mark people with a big 'A' on their chest.

The way she talks about him and jokes/flirts with detectives is disgusting. No emotion, no remorse for the victims.
Remember one of the officers was removed from being her main contact with police because they were getting a lil bit too comfortable.
Remember at the time she didn't know what he had done right? Her coming forward is what led to the break in the case of them understanding his motive... then that helped them keep nailing him into a confession which ultimately his dad helped deliver. St this point she just suspected him because she obviously knew about the affair and the police didn't. Until his confession no one knew the grisly details and even then it took time for him to admit the reality of what really happened. How would she have remorse when she doesn't know what he actually did? At this point she just suspects he did something but no one was prepared for how cold blooded.
I think the cops were so flattered that she was flirting with them that they did not see that she was involved.

@@carolinehaf21 I'm not 100% on the timeline but when Watts was being interrogated LE was on their way to the Anadarko site based off his work truck GPS. It is my understanding Shannan's grave was easily identifiable from the driveway of the site (a sheet flapping in the wind) so they would have found her regardless, from what I recall. This nutcase also was searching info. on Shannan long before she admits to meeting Chris. I can't in good conscience give her any credit knowing she also wanted to know how much Amber Frey made off her book deal and whether people liked her after she testified against Scott Peterson. Doesn't sound like she did anything out of any moral duty but thought she was going to cash in.
I also at one time saw that her phone pinged in Frederick the morning Shannan and the kids were murdered, and while I don't feel she participated in the actual murder if that is true it's sketchy as hell. Not to mention, she states that as soon as she found out Shannan was pregnant, supposedly after they went missing, that she was just "sick" that he would lie to her and her first thought was to erase everything from her phone? No reasonable person would delete potential evidence when there is a pregnant missing person involved. She did that to try to cover her own ass. Then she has the audacity, without so much as a hint of a change of tone in her voice, to say she was in shock. Nah, not buying that nonsense either. She didn't have to change her name and go into hiding because she was his mistress, she had to do that because of her own actions.
Who could possibly forget this case and when she said “oh he’s a dad”, that made my flesh crawl!!!!!

I believe that in case was just as much of a narcissist as Chris Watts, therefore having a part of the brain that was not entirely developed, emotional intelligence on a childlike level, and very very selfish
And my own therapist has told me things like this and taught me a lot over the years I've had a therapist off and on for over 30 years because I grew up in childhood trauma
Both parents were abusive and had personality disorders, high narcissism Etc, add my therapist would talk to me about how when we were very very young, when she first met with our mother..., how she would refer to us almost like inanimate objects...
She would always bring this up and talk to me about it and tell me how strange it was, because my mother has a personality disorder and her narcissism is extremely high, she's never been much for nurturing or emotional depth that's very difficult for her..., plus we were all being violently abused by our Father including her
But she wasn't really doing anything about it, so the same thing distancing herself from us,... Because she was letting things happen to us
And secondly just because that's part of the narcissistic personality...

Exactly right! If I was the other woman and a man killed his wife and kids, I would feel I share a responsibility in the motivation behind why he did it. There's no way i would be flippant nor would I be my normal self. I would be somber and crying and extremely regretful for my bad choice. The deaths of these innocent people would weigh heavily on me even though maybe I wasn't directly involved in the killings. I would never get over it and would never be the same again.

@@kikieaddy2576 he knew at trial she would be exposed. The detectives were deceived and manipulated and as a result they made a plea agreement in haste. Because she got to the detectives so quickly and spun her web of deceit she successfully avoided prosecution.

She deleted the stuff from her phone because there was incriminating things on there that if the investigators we're really questioning her role in the this tragedy they would have seen that she had something to do with this. I don't understand why if she supposedly didn't know or have some part in this why she would even think he would have done something to them so quickly? If they were supposed to be just missing.. She stresses it even when questioning him if he did something to them bad. I would think that she would still believe at that point what Chris was saying about them being missing. I believe she new more than what she is saying.

I feel he was controlled and it was nice to be able to do what he wanted. Photos show him mowing the lawn with daughter on his back and cooking with daughter on his back. As far as the girlfriend helping the whole thing was so disorganized and sloppy. He called a realtor and the school backed his truck in, all stupid mistakes and his smiling didn't help.

@@janeanndixon I personally find the interrogators really unprofessional by talking to Nichole very casual instead of making her real questions or at least make it sound like she's talking to real autorities. It sounds like she's in a bar telling bs to her friends. I believe this lady knew very well this man was married, probably planted the seed for what the monster did and she lied her way out of it. Since she's never going to jail for it, I can only hope people won't forget this, her name and her involment in this case.

Nicole did not delete all correspondence with Chris because she said he lied to her. She deleted it because she thought she cannot be connected to Chris through Social Media.

It took him only that time to go from happy loving caretaking family man, to monster. He put his little girls inside giant oil tanks, so that the acids would disintegrate them within a month. He buried his strangled wife in a shallow grave near the oil tanks, where she gave birth to their unborn son, after death.

Not sure why the investigators are completely ignoring the info, unless Chris made a deal to leave her out of it. Normally, investigators do not ignore that messages and phone calls get deleted, search histories, "debunking" phone pings, etc. Her "interrogations" were despicable. The baby voice, playing the victim especially AFTER seeing her search history!!! She continues to look at the camera during these videos....... It's all bizarre how she walked away, uncharged.

She had dirt on Anadarko and there was a lot of investigation of Anadarko at the time (they had two explosions the previous year and one blew up a house killing two people in it) Nikki's job was environmental specialist contracted by Anadarko. She was contracted to make sure they were running things safely. Congressman Ken Buck from Greeley CO/ Weld County (where I live) and probably other local government had interests in Anadarko. Another interesting bit of info is Ken Buck was the D.A. before Michael Rourke took over after Buck was elected.
I'm sure N.K. knew all this and had all sorts of info to use to her advantage to keep herself out of jail. She probably had planned to use it to her advantage against Anadarko to gain a huge settlement for C.W. and her to live happily ever after (or until she took all the money), had things gone as they planned it to go with Shannan and the kids.
There was info shared from one of C.W.'s friends by the name of Shannon, where she stated Chris shared with her they had planned to blow up the batteries and oil field and make it look like Shannan had driven out there with Bella and Celeste to meet Chris to talk about their marriage, and they had all been blown up in an explosion before Chris got there. The explosion would have been due to that oil leak Chris went out to check the morning of the murders. According to the friend Nikki couldn't get Shannans car out of the garage because Nicole Atkinson had shown up at Saratoga Drive, forcing N.K. to abort the plan and hop out of the basement window. Jim picked her up on the street behind the home.
This is the theory I believe.

The way they portrayed her in the movie, she's the one who was flirtatious and wasn't interested in children. She could have asked the coworkers if he was married. I've dated men who have told me they were separated or going through a divorce. As soon I would notice something weird about them, I would do my own detective work. I would find out that they were still involved with the wife and children. I would literally dump them. Amber did the right thing. She herself called the PD and told them about their affair. Nicole was acting dumb. Chris fell so hard in lust, and the thought of keeping 2 little girls and Nicole not being interested in children he did the worst thing a parent could do. Chris' mom still believes Chris is innocent. She still believes Shannan, not Shannon, is the one who killed her children. Shannan's parents have more class and faith. They forgave Chris yet his mom still has the nerve to talk crap about Shannan. I'm glad Shannan's parents didn't put Chris' last name on their headstones. Every person murdered by their spouse or dad shouldn't have their last name on the headstone.

I don't doubt she thought they were all admiring her. This is a very self-absorbed person, a narcissist.
And by the way, murder was not 'on the top of my mind'? This is very telling. First of all, who says this. I for one have never entertained the idea of murdering anyone; it has never entered my mind. If I was in her shoes, my response - and the more common - would have been something like, "Murder? That would never even enter my mind. Whether it would be me murdering someone or me being with someone capable of murdering. No, never." But she said 'murder was not on the top of my mind'. What she is really saying is that the idea of murder WAS on her mind, just not at the top of the list. Mind you, this could mean she's wished Shannan death, as in because she's her rival, or....it could mean she at some point contemplated it and followed through with it or she helped someone else follow through with it. My point is, her words speak to someone who DID IN FACT have murder on her mind. And that, says a lot.

She’s full of it!! Why hasn’t she been brought to some kind of charges herself?? She sits there with a big smile on her face only thinking of herself and trying hard to separate herself from what Chris has done. OMG, he has annihilated his wife and daughters!! If I was her and just found that out, I would be throwing up right there!! And shaking uncontrollably!! I could not get over what he has done and would be sick for days and weeks!! I would definitely need therapy to get through it!

Listen I’ve never been a fan of the woman. But had they had evidence that she was involved in the murder of his wife and kids, she would have been arrested along time ago. Especially a case that made international headlines, the police force would’ve had too much to lose by not properly investigating her.

I've heard this "interrogation" before...I think there are parts that are new...but I remember thinking her chuckling at certain parts was incomprehensible. There are definite parts here that I haven't heard before. I also don't think that Nicole Kessinger and Amber Frey are comparable. Amber Frey had NO idea about Lacey and she worked with the police department to corral Scott. Nicole knew he was married, knew he had kids and probably knew he killed them. I don't see Kessinger in the same category as Frey.

I think all her communication with Chris Watts leading up to the murders is pretty damn important. I hope they were able to recover the stuff she deleted. She at least had an idea that he was dangerous, and desperate. The Watts finances are also rarely brought up, they were in a massive amount of debt. He had to have mentioned it to her.
The mistress was involved. Do your own research. The police shut it all down and gave Chris a plea deal. He took it. He didn’t even take the offer for a public defender. The investigator took the plea and that was it. They should have sent in a female investigator. These men were drooling over this nasty woman.
She's lying!! First she says he talked nice about his family and she felt he'd never hurt them, then she claims the day they go missing....she told him IF you hurt them you'd ruin your life and mine. She helped him or she knew all along what he was doing/did. She's a liar!! Through the book at her!!!!
Remember the neighbor lady who was interviewed by a police officer at her front door. She said she was leaving for the gym that morning and she said there was a small truck parked in front of the Watts home. I think that was Nicole's truck the morning of the murders.

She was after all contracted to ensure the health and safety side of things being on the up and up with Anadarko. They weren't and she had all that information.
