Long format the best :- ) we can just play it and watch while doing chores. Your knowledge stays w/ the viewer way better than short form. Much more engaging. 🎉
Hi Matt, I'm a new subscriber coming from Benji Travis's channel. Don't get discouraged, your wealth of knowledge deserves longer format videos. Loving these new videos, especially the shopping videos!
I usually make my own mocha... i use cacao powder, reishi mushroom, cinnamon, nutmeg, and organic raw honey.. i also get espresso at my local coffee shop because i cant afford a breville espresso machine yet 😅
Basically we use espresso powder, dissolved in water then whip it until the coffee is all frothy abd looks like whipped cream. We add milk of course like you would with a latte then use one of handheld whipping/froth tools to make the coffee and milk all thick and serve it iced. I was asking because I think making this from fresh espresso rather than powdered would be a better taste. I hope I made sense. Basically I'm asking if you let the espresso cool down, added cold milk and whipped it would it froth up or do I need to still use instant espresso. I really want to ditch the instant and get a decent machine.
advice: the shots are pulling way too fast, the milk is dead. steaming should not take more than 1 min, injecting bubbles by having the tip of the steam wand on the milk the first 10 seconds, then raising the pitcher to make the milk just spin for the rest of the time until its too hot to touch.
Hi . Latte or iced latte ? I do americanos mostly
TEA for the win!!!!!
Depends on the mood matt. Do one iced latte for us later :)
Don't drink coffee, but enjoy watching latte art!
Iced please, just had my iced vanilla latte today but i'll take a second one
I prefer a regular latte myself. Are you going to be doing a Breville giveaway contest for your old machine?
Long format is the best… Oh also could you do vid showing the syrup??
Yes of course
@@acooknamedMatt Hi Matt! did you do a video for the syrup yet?

Haha
Yeah! I have the same machine.
Rad!
That shot is way too fast
Yea it’s new so I’m not used to it
Can this machine make coffee for a Greek style Frappe? I'm thinking of getting one. How "whippable" is the espresso?
What’s that?
