This book completely changed my life! Muscles: Every Man’s Dream taught me how to train more effectively and how to think about my goals. Highly recommend it to anyone ready for a real transformation!
I had a heart attack almost 3 years ago. I really enjoy running now but I been doing your 1 compound exercises in 20 minutes routine to start building muscle. I have ate bad my whole life and been overweight. Since my heart attack I started eating better. Mostly keto to get my blood glucose back to a normal range and I have lost around 70lbs. From 250 to 185. Thanks for the videos
You're doing good. Start to lift more, ditch the steady state running and walk uphill (with weighted west) or do all out sprinting rounds (8-16) and you will get miracles. Make sure to follow a MAPS program like Anabolic for the lifts & give it serious effort, it is really worth it.
@@rkc61595thanks but I rather see someone else gets it as I really do love running and mainly lift to improve running and getting my health markers better. I have all my markers in a good place but could improve 🤷🏻♂️
I’m an old dad with a young son - I started late. Because of this, delaying the adverse effects of aging is very important to me. I found your channel 6 months ago and this is what I learned: work out 3 days a week, full body; have a protein-first dietary approach; you don’t have to kill yourself in the gym. The results have been amazing, I feel great, and I’m much stronger. Thanks for all you guys do… you’re literally saving lives.
I'm 53. Just radically changed diet to almost NO processed foods except e.v. olive oil, butter, cheese, unsweetened yogurt. All the rest is single ingredient (fish eggs, veg., fruit). Processed foods are no good once you get older.
I am a 150lb 29 y/o woman that has always been a bit over the average body fat %. Yo-yo dieting was definitely part of my life for a long time and listening to you guys for the last 6 months and actively following your advice in the last 3 months has let me see progress in muscle growth, strength, and overall helped me stay consistent. I can attest that getting 130g of protein is one of the most difficult yet rewarding things I’ve ever done. Currently doing MAPS Anabolic and I am enjoying even the hardest days of my journey. I’m loving the changes in the mirror, because I no longer check the scale. Thank you so much for providing content that changes lives FOR FREE. You guys are amazing.
Hearing yall talk about how important sleep is and how traveling greatly disrupts that gives me a whole new appreciation for my husband. He flys out every Monday and back in late Thursday nights. His sleep, quality of life, and fitness goals have been a struggle due to this constant traveling. The guy sacrifices so much for his family and it’s all too easy to lose perspective of that when you’re not the one living it out. Thanks for reminding me how awesome he is!!
One of the coolest comments I've seen on here in awhile. Your husband is lucky to have a wife who appreciates what he does for his family. Hope you and your family have a great Christmas and a happy New Years.
Men who travel to provide are highly undervalued and most of the time under appreciated. My husband and brothers all work shift work and I see how much they sacrifice to be good providers ❤
I started cutting in Nov 2023, weighing 240, I'm down to an average of 220. Getting ready to start the next cycle to get to 200 lbs, and the ultimate goal of reaching 185 💪🏻💪🏻
One commitment I made to myself last December resulted in a complete 180 of my routine and habits a year later. I initially committed to doing daily bodyweight squats because years of long-distance running ate up the muscles in my legs. Six months later, I gave up my cardio-focused routine and started resistance training 5x per week and walking 7500 to 10,000 steps per/day. I'm eating a lot more protein, drinking plain pea protein shakes, and taking creatine. I've been using dumbbells and loop-style resistance bands. I've learned a lot from your YT videos and MAPS Bands plan. At 48, my legs are stronger than they've ever been and the vein in my bicep is peaking out, which I'm excited about. I need to tackle my poor sleeping habits next. Thanks, gentlemen.
I am 66 and have been lifting for close to 50 years. Some years I suck at it , some years I am on fire. These mind pump guys are among the few UA-camrs out there who are consistently able to give me new ideas and new perspectives. I am definitely going to implement some of these ideas.
I'm a new listener 47 year old female, chasing health hoping to be in the best shape of my life by 50. I love you guys, you discuss training, health, EVB and anecdotal evidence, and I dig how you talk about life too kids, family, etc. The call ins towards the end are great, too!! 👍
Was 106 kg at 183cm and 40 when I broke up with my gf.. Instead of retreating into despair and regret, I went to the gym almost every day since. 95kg now and gained lots of muscles. Confidence improved tremendously (I already had a good shape 15 years ago, so grateful for muscle memory). Changed my style, got into cologne, assesoires. Recently discovered that i can do pull-ups and even more chin-ups. I completely reprogrammed my brain to crave exercise. Next year I will rebuild my social circle, tackling new hobbies and activities. If I can do it, you can too.
I am newly 57years old and started Crossfit at 48, Olympic weightlifting (competing at 50-54) and started Powerlifting at 55 yrs old. I am training for my second Powerlifting competition next year and "hope" to break records in my weight class. ITS NEVER TOO LATE!! I would encourage you to compete. Set a goal and GO FOR IT! Its better to have something, a goal to reach ie competition. ITS SO MUCH FUN! Congratulations on getting strong!
Lift with Cie is a great channel for weightlifting! She does all the thinking & planning & shows how to proceed & increase weight over time, brilliant!
Im active duty Army , I’m so grateful to have found you guys the amount of knowledge I have been learning is astonishing. Even if I do not win it’s fine I just want to take the time and let you know keep up the awesome job HOOAH!!
As a massage therapist, I can't express how helpful this advice is for the majority of the population. My clients have crazy busy, hard lives. Advice like this is what they need!! Thank you!!
I listen to you guys basically 24/7. I listen all your episodes from first one on UA-cam. My favourite episode for now is episode 1415: 7 Ways To find Purpose. I started listening to your podcasts all over again. Right now i am at episode 840. I listen to you at my work, when i come home during lunch and even during my workouts. Thank you so much for all what you're doing and keep up the good work. You're inspire people not just for fitness but for overall weel beeing in our lifes. You guys are legends.
Thank you for everything you guys do! I have been eating my protein goal daily and getting tons of rest. I weight train 3 times a week and not over training in between. I sleep so good now and have tons of energy and mood balance ❤
I absolutely love this podcast. I'm 41 and been working out since I was 14 I find this incredibly refreshing, especially as a woman because you guys are promoting all around health and not just aesthetics. And that's so important for women because the majority of images & messages out there are really not healthy or realistic. Ive bounced between so many extremes & just wound up frustrated & exhausted
I love listening to these sessions! I am 57 years old with three grandkids. Trying to find time to work out can be a struggle, but you guys certainly motivate me. Thank you!
Morning from South Africa! Great programme thanks. I use to run 25 - 35 miles a week trying to loose weight, since I started Maps Anabolic I stopped running so much and feel so much better! I work in a big 5 game reserve in South Africa, I see how predators lie down and sleep for days after eating a big meal the reason for this is that they don't know when the next meal is and want to preserve it and not waste energy. I am sure that this is how we were thousands of years ago, but like you said that food is so readily available and easily accessible so it is not necessary to try and preserve energy! My take on it seeing how nature work! Great show!
Social media detox: I appreciate the comment and advice you shared about switching off our phones for an hour each day. It's a very useful tip. I log out from social media platforms for a few hours every week, and the amount of things I get done during those times is unbelievable. I've been watching your podcast as much as I can since last December, and your realistic and honest advice has helped me through my weight loss journey. I was overweight and carried 50.9% fat last year, and I'm now at 37.1%. I progressed quicker when I stopped doing cardio and focused on strength training. I am now much healthier and happier, still working towards the 22% body fat level. Thank you for all your hard work and time.
As a newer personal trainer, I'm so glad I bumped into this channel last year. I have learned more from your channel than any cert could have given me. Thank you guys! ❤

I've reached information overload... and I NEED a plan. I have the base strength from doing gymnastics for 10 years, but I need to restart all those energy factories with a consistent plan to follow. I was my most fit and healthy as an adult in 2019... but 7 ER trips between myself, my wife, and 4 of my 5 kids in 2020 (36 stitches in my head, anxiety and PTSD related hypertension for my wife, kids breaking 5 bones with 2 requiring surgery) derailed my progress and consistency. The only thing keeping me at a steady weight now is walking the dog twice a day. I love these 7 easy tips and hopefully I can get them started before it's too late.
You guys have not only shaped me into the coach I am today but have through me helped so many of my clients! Thank you for all you guys do. The Dad talk is also super cool and encouraging to hear from you guys. Keep this up 🎉
I'm really wanting to go back my fitness. The rona destroyed all that I built, and the show really helps set my mind straight. I'm really happy to have discovered this.
I’m doing map split now. Started checking my life I’m down 60 pounds not wasting 2023 it’s not over, going to crush 2024. Appreciate all your shared information 🤙
I'm a mom of 3 who, before kids, I was working harder, not smarter... I had no balance. Even after my first kid, at 6 months post-partum , I was waking up at 4am, 6 days a week... doing an hour on the stairmaster & then lifting. So it's no surprise that once I had my other 2 babies, it was not sustainable. Now here I am, finally getting better sleep after baby #3... and have been working smarter thanks to your podcast. Lifting 3-4 days a week. Currently, the only cardio I'm doing is walking 40 min in the morning and on my breaks at work. Went from 2k steps a day to 8k-12k. Often I'll choose one of the mind pump episodes for my morning walks. Feeling better and seeing results!
On January 2, 2024 I was 184. I am down to 166! Lifting weights, higher protein intake, and no alcohol (unless I’m on vacation 😅) So glad I found this channel!
Stay at home mom with 3 kids 5 and under. It always felt like I couldn't work out, i just don't have time to go to the gym. But found maps 15 minutes and love it. Anyone can do 15 minutes a day. Really fell in love with strength training. Thanks for your content!
I don't remember how I got to your channel, but was a great find about 2 years ago... I has been great for my workouts and I've been able to incorporate stuff with my clients as well. The biggest thanks to you guys for being genuine and honest!!!
So impressed with this ! Saw Sal on a podcast when resistance revolution first came out! I’ve been hooked ever since! I’m 70. More on old people building muscle please!
I was looking at myself in the mirror this morning and found that I was disappointed in my body composition. This was a great episode to remind me that I’m not doing everything I can to improve that and that the accountability is solely on me. I’ve ran anabolic twice and noticed great strength results, I just need to start the course and pull on these other levers to continue to improve. One of the many things I like about your content is that you stay in your lane and only speak about the few levers that you know have the greatest impact on your own fitness. It makes the roadmap so clear. Thanks MP team for getting my mindset pointed in the right direction today!
‘You have to really listen to your bodies ability to communicate with you …. Its not gonna leave you astray’ Thank you Justin. ‘Your body doesnt communicate to you through the mirror, nor the scale, your body communicates to you by the way you FEEL’. Focussing mainly on what your body looks like in the mirror, is actually ignoring what your body is truly communicating to you. Thank you Sal.
I'm the volunteer wellness coordinator at the government agency where I work, as well as a yoga teacher. I am very active and went through an amazing body recomp over the past 18 months, learning many lessons that you all teach the hard way before I came across you. I took up rock climb gym training (which at age 44 makes me a very late-comer). I started doing dumbbell and body weight training at home, and walk 10k+ steps a day. I track my nutrition and am surprised how much I enjoy that process. I devour content on nutrition, fitness and holistic wellbeing daily. I love sharing your content with my loved ones and coworkers! So many great, accessible tips to give perspective and help build momentum. It seems like almost everyone around me is sick or injured or tired or miserable. I am grateful that I can walk the walk of slow, sustainable progressive change that comes from self love and not loathing. Thank you for making this information free to all. I appreciate you 💜!
I really liked your podcast a lot before, but this specific episode made me love it!! What you said today about the importance of being aware and focus on our intention in all that we do, made me reflect a lot. And also what you said about tuning in and really LISTEN into our bodies and FEEL (rather than see) just how good it feels, when we treat ourselves respectfully by taking care of our health. It all made me super-happy ☀️! I deeply appreciate and embrace the holistic take you guys have on health and fitness. It makes so much deep sense. Thank you all so much 👌🇩🇰!!
Hopefully I will start the year with the expectation of a new beginning and great changes towards great health and a beautiful body. Thank you for for the glimpse of hope offered to us all today!
MP is helping my husband and I to NOT turn over a NEW leaf, but to start A NEW lifestyle for life. Amazing tips today. We are making plans together to make our new lifestyle to stick for life. TY MP
You guys have some of the best and most actionable advice in the fitness space. I especially like the Q&A sessions. There's usually at least one caller that sounds "just like me". Keep up the good work! You inspire me to keep consistent, which is a huge key!
I worked midnights shift for almost 10 years, the worst I felt was always coming back from a holiday like Christmas. Because I was off for 7-10 days and slept like a normal human should, during the night. Then I would go back to working my midnight hours and absolutely crash, it's so unhealthy and just jacks you all up. The best thing I ever did was get off the midnight shift.
My husband had to work the night shift for about 8 months. He did it because he could not find a better job at the moment. He always looked tired and a couple of months later he looked like 5 years older. The body definitely needs rest at night. We age faster if we dont sleep properly.
Been following you guys for the last few months. I was quickly obsessed. I’m a fitness enthusiast, trainer & nutrition coach and you’ve really helped me with messaging for my clients and prospective clients. You word my thoughts so much better than I do! I completely align with you, hence the reason i follow. Thankful I stumbled across your channel. Thank you!
Alright y'all. I'm in. I haven't even watched the video yet, but I fully trust whatever is about to come. I'm so done spinning my wheels on my own. Let's gooooo
😅Love listening to you guys during my training. I’m 56yo woman having exercised for over 30 years. Definitely listening to you guys have helped take it to a new level.
These past few months have been a real stop, start in my fitness journey. This tips in this episode feels like the motivation I need to stay consistent.
I was using a fitness app to make a workout when i came back. Three times a day of full-body. Was over 300 ibs I loss 40 pounds. Been 1 half year been back in the gym. Do three programs one from close firend from a professional wrestler who trained me. two of guys your programs maps performance and anabolic. I feel stronger everytime finsh maps porgam. Want to thank you guys for information an keep it up. Merry Christmas and happy new year
You guys are so awesome for this. So many people listen to folks like David Goggins and end up destroying their minds and bodies. He’s a great person but his goals are 1% of what anyone on this earth really wants to achieve.
I like the point about how "chasing" the view in the mirror versus chasing feeling good, those that chase feeling good will have more results. 2024 is going to be my year!! Thanks guys!
Not just 'more' results but 'long lasting' results. When you chase the appearance, you are more likely to quit or resort to unhealthy behaviors from not seeing desired results. When you prioritize feeling good, exercise will be more likely to become a healthy longlasting lifestyle change.
I am so glad that I found you and your podcast. I listen to you guys almost every day on the way to work. Your advice helps keep me motivated and on target with my health and fitness goals. Before getting into fitness I didn’t know where to start or who to listen to. Thanks to you guys, I have found answers to so many of my questions! I have lost 80 pounds since my journey began and I feel better now than ever before. Thank you for all you do! 💪
Overall, the video provides valuable insights into holistic health improvement strategies for the new year, emphasizing achievable steps and positive mindset shifts. The emphasis on gratitude would further amplify the message of appreciation for the guidance provided in enhancing one's well-being.
I've lost about 70lbs in one year. Would love to get in the best shape of mine life. Im 5"2 currently 150. Was at 220. One year of hard work but now I'm stuck haha
The first point is huge. When my social media is feeding me channels like yours I'm really encouraged to get after it. Other most fitness infleuncers/podcasts are just entertainment and don't help me get closer to my fitness goals.
The most useful information as always! I’ve messed up throughout the years following mediocre diets/programs and I’ve made average progress, hoping to make 2024 my year, and a very successful one for my clients🤞
Great episode! I love your content! I listen to at least 4 of your videos/podcasts per week, and I love what I am learning. It’s really eased that pressure of feeling like I had to workout super hard every single day. Some of the health issues I have been having that started in my late 30s have shown that I am totally burned out - super low on lots of different minerals and hormones, etc. And now I understand why my body was not changing or fully healing the diastasis recti that I’ve had since my having first baby in 2009. I have 5 kids, so things got really stretched out and mentally disconnected, and I would start to heal and then lose the progress over and over. Your info is helping me understand why, and I really appreciate the time you take to put this information out there.
Wonderful information with good motivation that I wish would have been available when I was younger…I am in my 70s and am motivated to improve my health, physical and mental and you guys have got me going in the right direction. My goals for a healthy older life have changed for the best….😊
Hello Mind Pump team! I'm a new listener of the podcast. I've been constantly on the edge of taking action on my physical and mental health for years. Hearing advice from you guys to treat myself how I would treat my own loved ones has inspired me to finally pursue action. Thank you for everything you guys do. You guys have changed my life for the better. Happy Holidays!
Dude OMG, I literally sitting in my car in front of the gym and I was about to search you guys and this came up in my recommendations!! You guys are awesome and will be listening to this while working out! 🏋️
Ive gotten a wealth of information from you guys! Its been such a valuable tool for me just getting into fitness and health at 35 years old after having 5 kids. Quality of life has greatly improved since focusing on my health.
I had Covid , was in the hospital for seven days had a blood transfusion was on oxygen developed pneumonia, I’m in my early 40s never did drugs in my life pretty active. I left the hospital with Oxygen for four months took steroids medication to help repair my lungs, It’s been about 2 1/2 years now, but I can’t seem to get back to myself at the gym, I am very tired and my muscles ache a lot more than usual, My body has really took a big turnaround after having Covid, I’m trying to get back to it, staying, encouraged 🙏. Thank you for all of your advice and your thoughts around fitness, I would go to the gym and go hard because in my mind I want to be back where I was, but I see it just stresses out my body even more so I’m going to try the method of taking things a lot slower and going every day but taking it easy, I’m hoping this works. I will follow your method. Thank you again.
15:39 did the protein 😅 stuck with it for 4 months. Gained about 5 lbs a month. Not for me! I’m now eating a high fat diet and now I’m eating less. Thank you guys! Love the content ❤
can't express how true the part is where if you go inside the gym, you can't even find one insta fit person, people just need to go in and make as much gains they can and stop being blinded by the unrealistic social media content.
This is absolutely true, I've had to stop listening to certain creators and listen to others in the fitness spectrum for me to do a proper bulk and to lift in a power lifting routine.
Going to lose this extra weight forever in 2024. Love resistance training. Diet has always been my issue. Love your idea of trying to hit my protein intake in grams per day as a start! Makes total sense to me. Thank you!
I love that these tips are not only physical or aesthetic base, they are also mental health related, which at the end is the most important thing. Your image reflects your internal. Thanks guys for all your content!
Turning your phone off is a great tip! I started turning mine off for the whole day on Sunday. It's been so nice and helps me to be more intentional about my day
My mind is blown!!!! Eating my goal weight in protein might be the game changer I’ve been looking for 😭 I’ve been working so hard balancing macros that don’t even make sense. You hooked me. Note I have to go back and watch all previous episodes 😂😂😂
Hi I am the 130lb girl 🙋🏻♀️ Thank you for these tips. I found Mind Pump over a month ago and have pushed so much info to my partner and co workers. I have been training since 2015 and learned more in one month it’s bittersweet. For the first time in years I have changed my routine because of this. I am doing 3 full body days with more rest days than I’ve ever taken in my life. I am so excited each time I get into the gym it’s an exciting new journey and have you all to thank! I just would really love to use the RGb Bundle for this new journey 🙏🏼 Thanks Mind Pump❤
Excellent episode. For game changer in my life is Mind Pump because was training a eating de wrong way. Having you guys teaching is for me priceless Thank you so much.
I'm having a real rough go after about 3 weeks of hitting my protein goal. I currently weigh 237. When I started, I weighed 226. My goal is 165...for about a month, I did carnivore, eating only beef, eggs, canned tuna, sardines, salmon, plain Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, real cheese slices, and fair life milk. I lost a lb, and then ballooned, putting on weight like I was eating ice cream. Was holding water, so I lowered my sodium. Still holding water, but no I add almost no sodium. I'm having a time here guys.
@@MFV77 it does, but I was maintaining under 20 a day. Went back to just keto, still gaining. Had to go back to 1600 calories a day to stop my weight gain. My metabolism is actually pretty screwed. For a 5'10 broad/large build guy, 1600 is murder. But it seems like even 1700 when lifting 3 days a week is still surplus for me.
I’ve been listening on and off for the last 2-3 months and have been applying your advice for creating a long term goal and lifestyle. Really enjoy having these discussions to benefit from.
I have been listening to you guys for some time and follow everything that I have learnt from you. The only thing I struggle is going for any walks on weekdays. I leave for work 6.30 am and get back home 7pm. After that, I am done for any walk. I shower, eat, spend time with my family, prep for next day and next day, I train before for work. What can I do to compensate for those steps that I miss everyday.
I struggle with the information overload out there and finding what works. I found your channel about a month ago but have found it useful in cutting through a lot of the clutter out there. Thanks
Great video! I don't make New Years Resolutions but I do like taking an "accounting" of my behaviors especially after watching a video, like this. I already to most of the 7 steps but loved the conversation around each step. It is GREAT advice based on data we now have. This video will help LOTS of people rethink what they are doing to be a healthier version of themselves. I took lots of great information away from this video!
Thank you for the motivating content. I watched this one twice The second time with pen and paper. All your points are very doable and I will add in the ones I am not currently doing moving forward in 2024.
51 year old female and weight training is my fun hobby. Absolutely love it! Keeping me young healthy and strong! Woot woot!
Thank you!!
Just recently found MP, love the no fluff, no filler, no bs content. Very informative and entertaining.
I’m 64yo and started my lifting journey 2 years ago. I thank you for your videos and podcasts. I would love to start using your programs. ✨☀️

@Smash2792 Winner! Please email Ann ann@mindpumpmedia.com with a screenshot of your youtube username, winning episode number, and the email address you would like the program under and we will get you hooked up!
As a fellow trainer…I can totally relate!
It's never too late mate, just a little bit every day, consistency matters most
You guys have not only shaped me into the coach I am today but have through me helped so many of my clients!
Lifting weights, higher protein intake, and no alcohol (unless I’m on vacation 😅)
So glad I found this channel!
Stay at home mom with 3 kids 5 and under. It always felt like I couldn't work out, i just don't have time to go to the gym. But found maps 15 minutes and love it. Anyone can do 15 minutes a day. Really fell in love with strength training. Thanks for your content!
The algorithm recommended this video to me, either I'm doing something right or terribly wrong. ❤😊
I don't remember how I got to your channel, but was a great find about 2 years ago... I has been great for my workouts and I've been able to incorporate stuff with my clients as well. The biggest thanks to you guys for being genuine and honest!!!
I love how everything you say sends a positive and healthy relationship between food and workout and life in general.
It’s very down to earth.
Found these guys within the last month and already starting to persuade my workouts!
Me to 😊
Just started listening to these guys. They seem sincere, and knowledgeable.
So impressed with this ! Saw Sal on a podcast when resistance revolution first came out! I’ve been hooked ever since! I’m 70. More on old people building muscle please!
Female and need to build muscle rapidly! I’m late to the party!
It is April !! I go back every month and listened to this!!! It works for me!! Thanks for sharing !!❤
Working those hours are not normal. I would never work night shift. My rest is golden.
My husband had to work the night shift for about 8 months. He did it because he could not find a better job at the moment. He always looked tired and a couple of months later he looked like 5 years older. The body definitely needs rest at night. We age faster if we dont sleep properly.
I found your channel a few months ago and as a 70 year old that is been lifting now for 4 years, I find your info invaluable
Best fitness podcast ever! I'm super addicted, I listen to you all day long while I work, drive, shower, eat... Obsessed 😍
Thank you!
I enjoy watching MindPumpShow everyday, thank you guys
Alright y'all. I'm in. I haven't even watched the video yet, but I fully trust whatever is about to come. I'm so done spinning my wheels on my own. Let's gooooo
I swear I love listening to yallllllll. Knowledge is power and I feel powerful.
Eating my bodyweight in protein, lots of water and adequate sleep has been huge for me. As a teacher I focus on those three with my students.
That’s cool. Be sure that you are talking to the boys AND girls. Strength and health is for everyone!
3 years no social media. Besides UA-cam which I self regulate. Makes a huge difference
😅Love listening to you guys during my training. I’m 56yo woman having exercised for over 30 years. Definitely listening to you guys have helped take it to a new level.
These past few months have been a real stop, start in my fitness journey. This tips in this episode feels like the motivation I need to stay consistent.
As a new CPT its nice to have a solid blueprint to effect change in my clients as I move them towards their goals!
Merry Christmas and happy new year
I am 1 month late for my new year resolution, or maybe 11 months early. But I am determined this time
🙌
The power of social media is wild. So easy to discount its effect. Great advice as always.
Perfect way to start to plan for the new year, Thank you guys for putting all this info out daily. I love tuning in to see what you guys have to say
You guys are saving and helping lots of people transform their lives by just sharing relatable health and fitness info.
Been listening for years from Australia, love your content. Just registered for the trainers event in January as well, can’t wait 🎉😁
Dude OMG, I literally sitting in my car in front of the gym and I was about to search you guys and this came up in my recommendations!! You guys are awesome and will be listening to this while working out! 🏋️
GET TO IT CHAMP!!! WISHING YOU SUCCESS!
Are you certain the weight gain was from muscle or from fat?
Mind pump has been making me look forward to my one hour commute to work 😂😂💪
33, started my strength training & eating clean. Walking has helped me so much
can't express how true the part is where if you go inside the gym, you can't even find one insta fit person, people just need to go in and make as much gains they can and stop being blinded by the unrealistic social media content.
This is absolutely true, I've had to stop listening to certain creators and listen to others in the fitness spectrum for me to do a proper bulk and to lift in a power lifting routine.
Keep putting out that pump! Year long listener and haven’t missed one yet. Keep doing what you’re doing.
Thank you so much. You guys are the best. If I win this program, I’ll make you guys proud.
Turning your phone off is a great tip! I started turning mine off for the whole day on Sunday. It's been so nice and helps me to be more intentional about my day
I dig the new format Thomas!
My mind is blown!!!! Eating my goal weight in protein might be the game changer I’ve been looking for 😭 I’ve been working so hard balancing macros that don’t even make sense. You hooked me. Note I have to go back and watch all previous episodes 😂😂😂
Your fitness content is just amazing! It speaks directly to the heart! Legends!
I actually love the Rhythms. If my brain says this is normal and acceptable it gives me a goal to reach.
Hi I am the 130lb girl 🙋🏻♀️
Thank you for these tips.
I just would really love to use the RGb Bundle for this new journey 🙏🏼
Thanks Mind Pump❤
Are you working out to build muscle mass?
This is the best channel for any fitness questions.
I’m carnivore too. Are you eating too much cheese? It does have carbs!
I have learned so much from listening to your podcast. Thank you for sharing this information to us and it is free!😮🤗
I struggle with the information overload out there and finding what works. I found your channel about a month ago but have found it useful in cutting through a lot of the clutter out there. Thanks
It’s the little things that help the most and add up over time. Compounding interest!
