Cuz I heard some asanas in yoga actually boost some specific hormones, like testosterone, which is not good for women. Appreciate your time and great morning routine I did it for the first time today and loved it. 🙏
While Man Flow Yoga was created with men and their specific needs in mind, we encourage everyone to utilize our content. And testosterone isn't bad for women, their bodies just make 1/10th to 1/20th of the amount of testosterone as men's bodies. So low levels could negatively effect them both.
