This is a well-balanced yoga practise and one does feel well stretched and energetic once completed. Uliana, as usual you are consistent keeping us in good shape and I thank you for that and for your efforts. I do hope you are doing well with your pregnancy...namaste.
Very Difficult Uliana, for me but I got through it❣️Difficult for me because of all of my spinal issues, balance issues and fibromyalgia but I can feel myself getting stronger through the past 3 years of off and on low impact exercise, walking & yoga and now I'm incorporating all more consistently and able to manage my chronic illnesses without meds. Thank you so much for this practice! I can't believe I kept Warrior 3 and never been able to do this before, granted I need to continue to work on it. Great job! Warrior III is a difficult pose, I still remember how I kinda hated it as a beginner :D But later when you get stronger, it feels pretty awesome to balance on one leg)) Happy to hear that yoga is helping you manage your illnesses! Keep practicing, modifying when needed and enjoy it! :)
