Can i ask, do you use the premium myfitnesspal as your laylout looks different to mine (mines the standard free one) and if you do pay for it would you say its worth it over the free one :)
It does doesn't it. Free foods are fab as they fill you up and are nutrionally superior. They tend to keep you fuller for longer. However it is easy to then over eat x
Hi hun yes you are, Ben is very realistic, there's no point banning anything as you'd feel restricted. You can be flexible but obviously you can't drink loads every week, otherwise you won't reach your goals. Yes will do x
Just wondered how much protein you have a day, i follow SW but also I track calories and was tracking carbs along side but want to move more calories and protein as I’m Working out more and trying to tone up so like you don’t want to reality loose weight just tone etc xx
Seems strange to see food in calories rather than syns, free and speed shows how easy it is to over eat on slimming world. I know you don’t over eat when on it but it is easy to do for someone like me who likes a good portion 🙈

Great question, yes I do. My trainer recommended it, so I did it for a year. It is really good x
