    I jumped on this notification even tho im binge watching your videos from last year so strange to see the boys walking around. Definitely going to do that salad mine never look like that it was loads. Keep smashing it your such an inspiration in everyway youve made me buck up lol 😙

    Please can I ask where you got the cod fillets from please/which brand/frozen or fresh? I have been searching for thick fish for ages, but they're always too thin. Thank you 💛

    Ooh I really enjoyed this Nikki. Would you mind doing one a week whilst you’re on this challenge? Don’t have too of course I know you’re a busy mummy but it was really interesting and I like seeing the parallels between Sw and calorie counting. Also what a great idea putting that Choc spread into a plain yoghurt! Genius lol xxx

    love the video, i too kinda do a mix of slimming world and calorie counting, i was stuck in a rut with just sw and not losing anymore. Can i ask, do you use the premium myfitnesspal as your laylout looks different to mine (mines the standard free one) and if you do pay for it would you say its worth it over the free one :)

      Great question, yes I do. My trainer recommended it, so I did it for a year. It is really good x

    Seeing the calorie value of 'free' food sure makes you think.

      It does doesn't it. Free foods are fab as they fill you up and are nutrionally superior. They tend to keep you fuller for longer. However it is easy to then over eat x

    I love your plan. are you allowed alcohol? I wasn't when I did something similar. Also will you share you statts after 12 weeks xx

      Hi hun yes you are, Ben is very realistic, there's no point banning anything as you'd feel restricted. You can be flexible but obviously you can't drink loads every week, otherwise you won't reach your goals. Yes will do x

    Just wondered how much protein you have a day, i follow SW but also I track calories and was tracking carbs along side but want to move more calories and protein as I’m
    Working out more and trying to tone up so like you don’t want to reality loose weight just tone etc xx

    Seems strange to see food in calories rather than syns, free and speed shows how easy it is to over eat on slimming world. I know you don’t over eat when on it but it is easy to do for someone like me who likes a good portion 🙈
