Today I managed my first hot dinner for nearly 6 months. It has been such a huge block for me for such a long time…
I’ve invisibly been having other nutrition at 6pm but this was the first step toward having proper dinners again.
It wasn’t perfect, it was hard and I really struggled, especially after. But we keep doing the next right thing.
Also answering some questions - what to say and not say to someone in recovery.
