I love your cooking videos nikki .. you always put so much effort into them. Ive used your cajun pasta recipe for a while now and we absolutely love it in this house we have it every week! You can use quark but it isnt the same definately a soft cheese works best xxx

I made the creamy Cajun chicken for me and my boyfriend, but couldn’t find any Cajun so substituted with cayenne and paprika. It was so delicious and I’m proud of myself for making it cos Im a chef by no means 😂

Thanks so much.....Cajun chicken pasta is my go to. Well I use Quorn. Defo trying the the others though.....the pesto one for sure. I'm struggling big time for lunches for work that's not a salad or using bread. Also that mango & apple yohgurt is worth the syns.....yummy! 👍

This was great, been searching for "which is the healthiest pasta to eat?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Dansaac Unflappable Dominance - (do a search on google ) ? It is an awesome exclusive product for discovering how to find the best food to balance your hormones and blast away your fat spots minus the headache. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my colleague got great success with it.

Can you eat as much as the pasta if your on slimming world
Pasta is a free food so doesn’t need to be weighed, just add some superfree foods to it
How many syns are in the mango and apple yoghurt you used for the coronation chicken pasta?
The entire pot is 9.5 but I only use a few tbs, I'd count 1 syn to be safe
Now your at target do you struggle to eat your meals x
