  • This Qigong routine is designed to reduce stress and tension through a series of gentle body movements, deep breathing and Qigong body massage exercises. Qigong for neck and shoulder pain relief.
    Also includes a Qigong body shaking exercise that is widely used for relaxation purposes. It’s a great tool to naturally reduce stress and tension and feel calm the relaxed within minutes. Simply moving the body in no prescribed order is a powerful healing method.

      @@qigongwithkseny Hmmm....I can't pin-point one exact exercise from this one, maybe the shaking of the hands and the bouncing into the body. I like the videos where you guide as as opposed to the silent ones - only because I enjoy closing my eyes and listening for your ques while I do the exercise. Because I'm on my computer so much of the day I really enjoy closing my eyes and not looking at a screen :)
