How Lisa Plans to Walk Pain Free [Real Coaching Call]

  • For the past 5 years, Lisa struggled to walk pain free as a result of right glute and lower back pain. She tried acupuncture, reiki, PT, massage, epsom salt baths, chiropractic, back injections and all sorts of other stuff without relief. She felt that no-one ever really took the time to listen and help her understand why she hurt and what to do about it.
    In this video, I share a snippet of a coaching call I had with Lisa, helping her understand how simple tweaks with walking can reduce her pain and highlight the types of exercises that may feel safest for her. I also walk her through the process of how she can test each of these motions to identify the ONE that she can use as medicine.
    What you do NOT see in this video, is all the detective work that's been done to identify the cause of her pain and how she's worked to optimize her healing environment so that she can calm down her nervous system physically and mentally.
