Great video Ed, I’ve just found your channel. Love it. Two questions. What’s the best tide to fish for luderick/drummer? What size line are you using? You may have me timed these things, but I missed it if you did.
Glad you like the channel. The best tide to fish for Luderick and Drummer in my opinion is the rising tide. Fishing for Luderick I like to use 10lb for the main line and 8lb fluorocarbon for the leader. When it comes to Drummer I usually use 30lb mono straight to the hook.
The bait is a type of green weed that grows on the rocks. This link will show you how to set the float ua-cam.com/video/_32kkLg1HA8/v-deo.html and this link ua-cam.com/video/yOWq0YuHasA/v-deo.html is how I make the floats. All the information you seek is on my channel👍
Does it have to be a stick type float as such, or could you use one of those red and white plastic bobbers? Great video production again Ed. Bet you start getting a lot more subscribers really soon. Cheers

Fished that spot many a time. Great possie with a southerly and a good swell. Caught plenty on the other side when it's calm, too.

It doesn't necessarily have to be a stick float you can use a small bobby cork if you want.
