I love seeing the sense of community you bring to each gym you go to, giving out free motivation to others and showing them what's possible. I even feel it through the screen so I can only imagine the feelings people get seeing you do these lifts IRL!

As someone with a hiatal hernia it depresses me knowing that I’ll never fully know my potential when it comes to deadlifting, I’m gutted but seeing you and other gym bros fulfil their records and goals brings a genuine smile on my face and warms my heart, keep at it my brothers and fight the army in your head that tells you “You can’t do it” 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
@@generalabz5684 not sure size wise, but it caused me quite a lot of pain for about 2 years. I'm on an acid controller now to manage the acid, but i can say that both doctors i saw for it wanted to operate on it to fix it.
Hey Colin! I haven't even finished the vid yet but that 675 squat was awesome. It DOES feel like you can die doing a super heavy squat doesn't it? Always scary. For me anyway. Pulls, tears, potential injuries...I'm always on the lookout when I go real heavy on the squats. I'm almost 50 so I have to watch out for things I didn't when I was in my 30s and younger. The best squat I ever did was back on 2008 when I was 33 years old. I did it without a spotter and will never do that again. I succeeded in the lift but walking it back into the rack afterword was the most challenging part of it. Great lifts. Your strength is insane and you're a nice role model for sure. Hope you keep it up!!!
Let’s be 100% honest, power lifting is absolutely stupid for long term health. This guy is not an inspiration, he’s a fool who’s obsessed with short term glory.
A Balinese lifter just recently died squatting and broke his neck because he 1. Didn't use safeties 2. Didn't know how to bail 3. Had a clueless spotter

always impressed me when a smaller stature guy like you (relatively) to go ahead toe to toe with those giants and then defeated by your numbers lifting. what an underground beast you are
He is so great! Glad that he got now the attention and following he deserves. I saw his other channel years ago, where he tried to make it. Great development and great out coming! Love you. Would be great, if youtl team up with Terron Beckham for some few videos
Was always great when Kevin Nee came into the gym to train when I was in college, super nice guy. Was great seeing a strongman throw around some crazy weight. Keep it up
The amount of blood rushing through my veins watching these videos is second to none. Missing my old gym days. Gotta get my lazy ass back into the iron palace sooner!
