@@cweng do you have a video or link to what your nutrition looks like. I'm 30 years old, 5'11 weigh 245 lbs, and I'm only able to bench 405 lbs, and I have been stuck on that weight for over a year.
I love the way Col tells a story "People looked on in awe as four plates glistened on each side of the barbell. Adulation and gasps were reverberating around the gym as the barbell was forcefully moved up and down for a multitude of reps. Five minutes elapsed. The day was bright and sunny, and the birds were chirping but then their joyous chirping evolved into anxious stares through the window panes as five plates now sat on either end of the barbell. It was time for war and the bystanders looked on as a gladiatorial outburst of strength was unleashed. Repping someone's deadlift max left many a spectator's jaw wide open. People were yearning for a sequel but no, we decided to up the ante and increase the stakes to unfathomable levels. Five and half iron wheels were now latched onto this 2.2m symbol of masculinity. Effortlessly, the steel was thunderously moved up and down for not one but two repetitions. Spectators looked on teary-eyed as if they had just witnessed the resurrection of Christ"

God damn! I was stuck at 85-90lbers for a few months and finally managed to get up to 95lb dumbbells for shoulder press but only can do about 3 reps right now, but this puts me to shame.... 170lb :O Jesus.

Why not shoulder press?
