Oh for sure nothing is going to be 100%. I know the data comes from First American Title on the property side. So about as accurate as you’re gonna get.
under 35% accuracy based on my testing. We bring it in because its free with our d4d data, but not worth trying to use there software just for numbers. So many other places to get good data that doesn't burn your dialer up with wrong and disconnected numbers
I am looking for a platform to only skip trace people who have lost their homes in an auction, so I can't search by address. Would this allow me to search by their name, city & state to get thier phone number and email address?

I would ask customer service. I know they're working on a filter ability particularly on exports.

Truthfully I love the app truthfully I've been doing this for a very long time and the information is not completely accurate I would say 70%

Some of the cheaper programs like spokeo, truepeoplesearch, and family tree now do that.
