My truck has an L83. Here is the link www.texas-speed.com/p-4900-tsp-1-78-304-stainless-steel-long-tube-headers-and-catted-y-pipe-for-2014-2018-chevygmc-53l-trucks.aspx
Did the truck throw any codes after header install with your catted y pipe? Assuming that’s why you had it tuned. I want to throw the same setup on my 17 6.2 but very limited on tuners in my area of Ny
Yes it did have a check engine light but I didn’t bother to check what it was. I went to the tuner that following Monday (work was done on a Saturday). I did notice that I was getting horrible fuel mileage. Like 7-9 mpg driving in the city.
If you stop the video at around the 4:20 mark you can see the passenger side first and second sensor on the y pipe. Also if your y pipe/headers are a different brand they might not be in the same spot or might not be there at all.
Those welding beads be CLEAN.
Zambranos muffler and radiator shop always lays some dimes
Did you only need one extension for each 02 sensor?
I think I only used one long one for the driver rear o2 and one short one for the passenger front o2. I have an extra harness extension if you need it
Sweet vid. Hey bro is your truck a L83 or L86? When I look these headers up they only show for the 6.2l
