550 isnt cheap to me lmao. I put 200 dollar ebay headers on my camaro and they sounded really good. best mod ive ever done. Glad you enjoy them and great video.
@@KDlGGso true but if people gonna buy cheap headers i recommend on using oem gaskets if they fit because those headers come with the worst exhaust leaks
@@rosstrittlerif I may ask for your advice, 20x14 13.50/55/20 35” tire I am not a tall guy at all 5’6 should I go level kit . & yes I’m so down to cut my truck up.. im having a hard time finding videos even photos with the set it considering. Any advice will help me understand what I should do.. yes I do plan on slapping a turbo in a making it street truck
I’ve installed a decent bit of aftermarket parts on cars headers included yes most the time they require modifications but the headers you have were really just designed bad you shouldn’t have to do that to make a part fit even with the wrong headers I bought for a different variant for my Silverado they mostly fit it was engine off set that caused them to not fit properly both of the headers cost $100 the headers you got are possibly defective
I just installed the same headers on my 14 and for some reason it barely touches my steering shaft i have a little resistance when turning now did you have that problem? Imma have to clearance them tmr
Did you connect those to the stock exhaust past the y pipe? Or did it have an aftermarket exhaust already before you installed these? Looks like it was a badass mod well worth it.

Thank you!
50k isn’t cheap either, but if a lambo is being sold for 50k you wouldn’t say it’s not cheap. 550 is cheap for good headers

@@Elpena830 I’ve seen even oem gaskets not seal on those, sometimes you gotta get them machined but then you may have other issues
Speed engineering headers fit amazing on my gmc 17 model
I'm jealous
You guys make me wanna install the long tubes I ordered for my ram a month ago😭
Do it! Made a hell of a difference.
@ finally did it and my truck sounds amazing 🤘🏽
Your videos are to damn good you should have way more subscribers bro 1000%
Appreciate it man 🙏
I put jba headers $1700 new on my 2016 gmc and they fit perfect with no modification at all
If I was you I'd be extremely disappointed if they didn't.
I just cut the y pipe into 3 pieces with a reciprocating saw, didn’t drop the cross member
That's one way to do it
my speed engineering headers fit my 08 4x4 silverado perfectly
Jealous
That sounds freaking awesome!
Thanks!!
Nice I put some long tubes on my 14 back in July. Definitely a fun job only managed to break one manifold bolt.
Nice!
where did you buy your headers from? i have 14 and want to do the same thing

Just came across your channel super underrated 🔥💯
Appreciate that 🙏
Dude I just came across them! I truly enjoy the raw feeling.. vs a while cinematic episode.

@@rosstrittlermmm I reframe from the 20x14 I think 22x12 on 13.50 tires on a 1-2” level kit may be the way to go on 35” tire

I'm not really sure, they could have been a bad set, but we got them to work.
I just installed the same headers on my 14 and for some reason it barely touches my steering shaft i have a little resistance when turning now did you have that problem? Imma have to clearance them tmr
We also had to clearance the steering shaft. We were able to do it with the headers bolted up in the engine bay.
Did the check engine light ever come on for secondary 02 sensors not being plugged in?
Yes, it did. Luckily, it does affect the way the truck runs or drives. It just illuminates the check engine light.
@@rosstrittler been wondering this for a while. Only reason I haven’t gotten them. I have a 16 gmc same motor. Thank you for the reply!
Where did you get the 02 sensor extension and what length would I need
We got it off Amazon, but its not really necessary.

He already had a 3in MBRP exhaust that we connected it to.
Do you need cats in Texas? I’m trying to buy long tubes but there’s no point if ima keep cats
I'm not sure, but there's ways to get around it.
Getting ready to put my speed engineering longtubes. I'm in MO too, any problems with cops so far?
Haven't been pulled over yet, but they're pretty lenient around here with modified trucks.
How has the torque converter been doing bro ?
Been holding up great so far.
What tail lights do you have?
I'm not sure, but they were $150 on ebay.
@ will take a look, would you recommend short headers or go with long?
How much for the cats i have a p0430 on my chevy
My Instagram is in my bio if you want to dm me
Now I am curious which one of you would win in a truck race..lol
It would be close, but I bet his would win
I would have trashed them and went with speed engineering headers. Now u got flow restrictions.. no good
I don't think so, truck runs great.
Nice drive way
How’s that torque converter holding up?
It's doing great, no issues so far.
Needs duals now
Thinking about it
@@rosstrittler x pipe dual it with black widows or dynomax race bullets.
That’s a lie bbk headers fit like a glove on my SS
Sounds good for a Chevy
Ya a BMW definitely sounds better
