Ultra informative and educational. Caveat may be that, "this is only for Bridgestone tyres". Really recommend this as viewing for any beginners like me. 12 mins of tyre info that is invaluable! Awesome
Thanks. Always nice to hear it from the experts. I've been a Metzeler fan for 20 years, unfortunately my recent experience with it, 3 tyres on two different motorcycles, was very disappointing. Also been using Bridgestone for that many years without any complaints, just got a new one that I'm testing soon. The SC, first time using such line of products, we'll see. What surprised me the most was how good the Pirellis (who owns Metzeler) are (Not cheap, you get what you pay). Both the Diablo Rosso and the Scorpions are very good. (Scorpion on wet, be careful).
Bridgestone used to set the pressure when you switched to them from what came originally on the bike. I used to call them to get this pressure. Now you recommend what the factory sets? Do you design the tires to factory specs?
So guys Currently looking for tyres and don't want to spend loads and over rated but want Bridgestone . I have a lexmoto lxr 125cc euro 5 sport bike . Wondering if Bridgestone battalax BT-023 would be a good tyre especially in wet conditions or should I go for the BT45 . UK weather
Is there any difference between a H rated bias ply and H rated radial steel/Aramid. What are the difference. Why is the carcass and side wall of a radial softer vs a bias ply carcass and sidewall, which is stiffer . What's the difference between H rated radial Steel and H rated radial Aramid tires What's the difference between the performance of Radial vs bias ply H rated tire for sizes of (110/70/17front) ( 140/70/17rear) and which tire will grip better for the same road conditions.
@@yoorukhunt947 thank you so much . Gary this is what I need to know I found some bias ply H rated dual soft compound tire size (110/70/17 front & 140/70/17rear) and my current set on my bike are radial steel belted H rated tire , will the bias ply grip and give the same handling characteristics of the steel belted radial or will the bias ply flex more and loose grip( only road use ) . And about the carcass how does one check if it's harder or softer . Is checking by hand flexing the side wall and tread and sitting on a tire which by the way is not mounted on a rim the foolish way of checking. Really sorry to ask the same thing again in detail.
tyre man advised me 34 psi front and back on my heavy Speed Triple 955i, on S22's at a rainy trackday with standing water on track , but in these videos you are saying to use normal pressures 36f-42r in the wet. Could you clarify on this point please

So insightful thank you 👊🏾
Brilliant, thank you for bringing to us especially as you were not biased.
Checked the ETRTO for tyre pressure recommendation and found nothing of use except "use more pressure when driving with more overale mass".
He's living my dream always in a bike

very informative, i made a lot of pause as i need to check my bikes tyres speed rate. Now I know a lil bit more about my bike.
Thank you.
What's the tyre valve diameter of forza 300 2016 plate
Very interesting and informative. Many thanks.

THE INDIAN the stiffness of the carcass. Or the comfort. Radial will be stiffer so will be less plush.

Question I don’t get it upgrading tires and then downgrading tires laws
Best tyre for a 25/30bhp Gilera runner? Looking into semi slicks, something soft ish..
Yes

Crash if you use that tire psi on wet track
That guy knows his onions 🤓
