1 thing I have an opposite observation. Spending lot of time in bedroom is life style problem. Bed room should only serve it sole purpose, sleeping. Usually master bedroom is SW , so its wall will bear hot west sun. So it is better to keep less windows, less ventilation, no bolcony cause AC chillness will decrease. No metallic wardrobes are.better. Possible a seperator in the west direction seperating bedroom and dressing area is far better. Bathroom entrance via dressing area also.is good. Strict no TV, office area, study table. They should be a guest bedroom for such tasks. I like your loft point .

Bedroomல loft saerthu cupboards plan pannalam sis. Appo loft erukrathu thaniya theriyathu. Bathroomla loft eruntha kulichu mudikrathukulla vaerthurum, no proper ventilation will be there. If you want loft keep it in the kitchen, if the kitchen has proper ventilation.

good tips! but planning 10 * 10 bedrooms are unavoidable for budget homes (below 700 sqft area home). That time they can avoid stuffing many things in small bedroom .one wardrobe is enough.also do not keep TV in the small sized bedroom
