filter is a good idea whose function is purely mechanical as per your video. Pressure pump is useful for top most floor where the delivery is not subject to high pressure compared to other lower floors. Since the pressure pump functions electrically does it function /switch off automatically. What is the minimum H.P for the pressure pump?And the cost of it?

This pressure pump will ON automatically whenever you open the tap. Better to give separate pipe line for shower/mixer tap. Otherwise this pump will run automatically whenever we open the tap.
However, this motor need power supply to run. It will not run when power failure.
