Man, those look fantastic! I haven’t made crêpes in years…maybe I should dust off my crêpe pan.
I do make ice cream every summer, though. I love my KitchenAid ice cream freezer! I’ll use egg yolks to make ice cream and then use the egg whites to make a sorbet.
