So so so happy I found this tutorial. It didnt take me long to make, every easy instructions, and in the end my turtle looked so cuuute!! I 100% recommend you try this and if you do tell me how it turns out. Thank you do much for this tutorial! 🐢💕
I'm making like 60 of these for my mom's tourism thing thank you so much 😭
Wow that's a lot good luck😊
I came here to say the same thing 😂 (How'd it go?) :)@@Danna_crochet
I love this tutorial, just made this as a birthday gift for my brother :)
Can you please add the written pattern in the description? You really helped me make stuffed animals thank you so much!
It's written on etsy, but if you don't want to buy it, you can always go through the video and write it down beforehand!
If you look at "show transcript" it is there.
@@tazlizard where is that button?
@@bubblegum044go in the description of the video (if on mobile) and scroll down, there should be a Show Transcript button or something similar
Leaving this for myself - 4:52 (need to get stuffing)
I made one!! I had a really hard time crocheting on the fins I think I will sew them next time but it turned out so cute! Thank you for the tutorial ❤
Thank you for such a simple pattern! I’ve made 4 so far as stall fillers for my next craft fair! I use normal wool and they look so real, only difference is I’m sewing the head on. They look great!
I love this tutorial and all of your tutorials they’re so easy to follow I’m just soooo happy that I found your videos please keep doing more tutorials I love them I’ve made so many plushies with you that I just want to keep making more, thank you very much!!😊
I'm making lots of these to sell turning out ADORABLE!!!! I love this channel so much it's changed my crochet ❤tysm!!!😊❤
how much would you sell this turtle size at?
@@suzannehoward4379 I make these but bigger with bigger yarn and sell them at $15
i failed miserably
How come ?
@@avuqellaxx8647 The assembling part was really hard, it look liked a snail 😭😭
@@avuqellaxx8647 But i got it after and gifted it thank you !
Same haha
Mines a little wonky but she’s got spirit
My turtle was cute, great for my neighbors grandkid,I did embroider the eyes. Thank you,for explaining step by step how to crochet the pieces and sharing your time.❤
Omg tysm❤ its my first crochet animal!!! No way it turned out this good! I made this for summer❤☀️ 🏝
Just finished this and it turned out so cute!! The magic ring still gives me trouble with the plush yarn😅 but other than that it went pretty smoothly!
I do a slip stitch and chain two in a smaller hook or tighter tension then do the 6 Sc into the first chain to prevent tearing the yarn :)
If I really can’t get the magic ring to work with plush yarn, sometimes I will cave and make the MR with acrylic yarn and then do the stitches inside the MR with plush yarn so that was it’s the acrylic you have to pull closed! I feel your pain haha
@@allisonbernique8035 that is so smart
This girl making these tutorials so easy she should honestly like open her own brand of woobles
i did it! i am so proud of myself!! this is only one of the first few crochet projects ive ever done. (the others were even more simple plushies) i learned so much! thanks!
What would be a more simple crochet plushie?
This is an amazing pattern!!!! It’s so cute and mine turned out amazing! It’s adorable for a gift or literally anything ❤ ty
Thank you so much for this. Just made one for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day and it turned out so cute💗
I don’t understand how we go from 30 sts in R7 of the shell to 24sts in R8 where we attach the fins and head? Any help would be appreciated please.
For round 7 you are working into the 24 front loops from round 6, and you end up with 30 stitches because of the increases.
For round 8 you are working into the 24 back loops from round 6 and only doing single crochets so it stays at 24 stitches.
Hope that makes sense!
Omg this looks so cute I have to make this soon!
I immediately clicked on this when it said no sew and I got it done pretty quickly like in an hour and it was my first time making a turtle but it came out so soo cute!!
THANK YOUU FOR THIS AMAZING PATTERN!!! I already made a few and its really easy to make!! Love this turtle sm ❤
Um like how long it take cause I’m looking for turtle patterns that don’t take forever
Ty ty!!! R8 & R9 were tough for me lol! Aside from a crooked head , I love this turtle! ❤
My head was also crooked!!!😂
Same😂
I started making a business in my school and it is going so well and this made me want to do this so thank you so much for this tutorial on how to make this❤

Good luck! ^^
I’ve made LOADS! I’m obsessed with them☺️😂
I made two of these one pink one blue it was very easy thanks so much I love it❤
Thank you! My grandma loves sea turtles and I just got into crochet right before her birthday. This tutorial was so easy to follow and I just finished my little guy!
great tutorial! ended up with an adorable lil sea turtle! I did sew on the head a little bit more so it was more secure, but overall a very nice (almost) no-sew turtle :)
Mine turned out so cute , Thanks for the tutorial!👍
i love it! im crocheting it right now and it is sooo cute! Edit i just finished and its soooooooo cute i used purple for the body and brown for the shell
Thank you so much, I couldn't figure out the magic ring and this helped me so much💜💜💜
This is so cute and easy to follow thank you soooo much ❤ I finally finished the turtle and this channel helped me learn amigurumi so fast!
Yay!! I'm so glad :)
@@onecentcrochetcan you help me what is row four what does rec mean
If anyone else ended up with a wonky transition between the shell and belly, you can do an invisible fasten off, weave the ends in, and use a color change to start the belly (if that makes sense) Great tutorial BTW, this is my new favorite thing to crochet!
Thank you very much for the tutorial!! The turtle turned out really cute😍😍😍
Thank you so much! I don't really like making amigurumis, but this tutorial was really helpful ❤
I have made two of these already and they are so cute ❤ thank you so much for the tutorial!
I have my first market next month, most of the items im bringing are made from your patterns bc they are js so cute!
I just finished it and it turned out so cute💚🤎 It is the first thing I crocheted since 3rd grade. You explain everything really well :D Thank you for your free totorials🫶
Did this for the first time and turned out really cute! Great video 🫶🏼
I did this with 10 milameater yarn and it turned out massive and because
This is my first time making it I really really loved it❤thankyou for the pattern
Thank you. Great tutorial very easy to follow ❤️
Omg it’s still helpful I didn’t know anything until I saw this ❤❤❤❤❤
when the totorial said no sew i clicked on it right away but I'm sorry if this comment is rude but I was kinda sad because it took me three hole days but this pattern is amazing!
chrochet always takes long ❤
I did it with normal yarn so it was a bit smaller but it was soooooo cute Thank you
I completed it 🥺❤️ the joining was a little bit hard but I made it eventually 🥺❤️❤️❤️❤️
Omg I’m still working on the cow but I need this!
Thank you for this tutorial my turtle turned out so good and cute 😄
I definitely enjoyed this video, and it helped me a lot, but I struggled with working in the back loops only for the shell because I couldn't see where you were inserting your hook.
thank you so much for the tutorial
Thank you! Mine came out super cute,❤
would you recommend to double or triple the stitches if im using normal medium weight yarn? plz helppp, luv ur vids btw
Loved it!! I followed along. The only thing that I did wrong was sew the head backward 😂😂
Thank you so much for that tutorial. Its easy to follow!
But I always end up getting a cone/tub instead of a mostly flat shell :( I tried it several times (also with other, but similar videos) but it always ends up the same way. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
Mine is a little floppy so I am calling it Mr floppy!
Your channel is excellent! Thank you for sharing ❤
Hi!! I love your videos, thank you for being so kind to post your patterns, they are beautifully made! I was wonderinf if it would be okay if I create these items while using your pattern and sell them while crediting you for the pattern?
Yes! You can sell the plushies :)
okay, thank you so much
15:38 (saving for myself)
I just finished it then realized one the fins was on backwards 😂 but turned out pretty good other than that!
Even i found it a little bit tough to sew the head and the fins but now has come out quite well😊
Im making 30 of these❤😊
i love this thank you!
also first 😘
Okay I love how he turned out but I screamed at the fin attachment then didn't touch the project for 2 months before finishing it. Heres what I figured out for the fin direction: position the fin the way she shows in the final direction it should be in. Then flip it down towards you, hold the fin against the body, and make the stitch go through the fin then the body.
Wat I’m doing is just sewing on everything
I love your vids I make different things from ur channel and I even made a cow
May I ask where you get your premier parfait yarn from please? Love your work!
So sorry for the late response - I get it from americanyarns! It's a website.
Hello this might be a silly question but im a complete beginner and i had only leared invisible decreases, would those work the same way?
Yes
omg tysm mine turtned out identical yay im only 11 but this was so good ty
Wow you are super underrated
for the second row, am I supposed to put two sc into 1 stitch all the way around?
edit: I answered my own question sorry.
It turned out so cutee❤❤
Thank you😊
cute!
Hi! I love this pattern, I am a beginner. I am doing the shell and I'm stuck between Round 3 (sc, inc) and Round 4 (2sc, inc)... What is the difference? Looking online, a Sc,Inc is two single crochets in one stitch, so what would 2sc, inc be? Thanks so much for making this video!
Hi! So for round 4, you would do a sc in the first stitch, a sc in the second stitch, and an inc in the third stitch. then you would continue this pattern all the way round! (6 times in total). (sc, inc) is a sc in the first stitch and an inc in the second stitch :)
oh you angel! thank you for replying so quickly, that makes perfect sense :)@@onecentcrochet
Hello! I have a little question! I am a beginner and I couldn't really understand what you did in R3: (sc, inc) x 6 (18) part. ( 2:13) What did you do for each stich? Can you explain? Im sorry if thats a dumb question im just a beginner and i am trying to learn!
a SC is a single crochet, while a INC is when you add two single crochet in one same stitch, therefore increasing the number of stitches. so in this case you will do a single crochet and then two single crochets on the next stitch, repeating for 6 times. hope this helps! 🥰
@@ana291cris thank you so much! 💕🌸
Can you pls do a dinosaur 🦕 tutorial i always wanted to learn to crochet ❤❤
She made a stegosaurous one :)
@ceciliaruiz9792 yes and I want the dino with the long neck tutorial
Oh srry :/
@@ceciliaruiz9792 it's alright thx by the way
yes! i just have to design a pattern first :)
Hi I was wondering how big this would be, height and width including the fins and one without the fins. Thanks! 💗💗💗
Not sure if you figured anything out yet, but the bigger the yarn weight/ hook size (mm) the bigger the project will be on the out come. Example: if you use 4 weight yarn with a 3.5mm hook the project will be smaller then hers.

Same! I subbed
What kind of yarn do you use and where do you get it from???
This turned out awesome even with me skipping the 18 stitches decrease towards the end. I somehow only had 12 stitches. I love it so much. thank you!!!
You don’t really have to use like another piece of yarn, right for like the stitch marker
Personal stop 4:37
How do you do the part where you attach the fins? I’m so confused 😔

I can’t figure out the attaching which hole do I go through and is it fin then back hole or the other way around Alsoit looks like my shell bleeds right to the body HELP!
Where did you learn what the crochet stich word forms mean i searched every where on youtube and haven't found one video thats helpful any recommendations for a video or book that helped u learn 😭😭😭😭😭
There are many different stitches many different videos I suggest getting a crochet book and looking on all social media platforms:)
I would get a wobbles and learn from that a little pricey but it’s all step my step and teaches alor
If you are looking for the pattern, it is in the description
It’s so hard sewing the fins and head😢😢😅😅
Most of it was semi-clear but when I got to the shell it went down hill. My shell didn’t curve and I don’t know if I did something wrong or where I did it wrong because I can’t tell what she’s doing, it annoys me the that’s 1, 2, and 3 sc. inc. because when I try to search what the difference is I find no answers. Does anyone know the difference or a video that would help? No hate intended just sharing my point of view 😊❤ have a good day and ty for reading
Mine turned out a lil goofy but its okay 😊 he has personality 🤣
The shell didn’t curl up?
I’m multiplying it by 3 and giving that to a friend
How many stitches apart should the eyes be?
About three
Depends on how derpy you want it to look
I am working on the transition from the top of the shell to the under part and adding on the legs and head right now. How does it go from 30 stitches to 24 once you go into the back loops? I didn’t see any decreases.
2 SC, 2 fin, 3SC, 2 fin, 2SC, 2 head, 2 SC, 2 fin, 3 SC, 2 fin, 2 SC adds up to 24 but the previous round there were 30 stitches.
Because we are going into the back loops of the round before the round where we get 30 stitches! So we aren’t going into the round of 30 stitches, rather the round with 24.
Oh my goodness, I totally missed that😂 that makes so much more sense. THANK YOU!!
I'm so glad I'm not the only one who had problems with that. I was so confused! But I didn't have the nerve to go back anymore. I just worked in less sc and more decreases in the end to somehow go from 30 to 18ish
What does sc,inc x6 mean? Like, does it mean 6 inc in each stitch or what I’m so confused 😭
Oh it means in one stitch you do a single crochet, then in the other stitch you do a increase. (Repeat it six times) hope this helps 😁
soo…i made 7.
i cant stop making turtles
Why are my fins on top of my shell edge instead of coming out from underneath?
It’s probably the direction of which you’re crocheting them. Look in the video and see how she places the fins in the front!
I like this video 🎉🎉🎉 21:21
A person is making a free turtle pattern. The pattern is the same as this one except that everything starts with 8sc in mr and not 6sc in mr. I just wanted to let you know.
