    I like your 3-2-1 Rule. I’ve seen a lot of videos showing 1:1 ratio with water and vinegar but thought it was too much vinegar.

    i thought you also have to add fish sauce? a vietnamese friend told me that they add fish sauce in their pickled veg. it's pretty good too
