Thank you all for all your messages, your attention and kindness. I am glad, this wonderful Sonata has been of your interest. Special regards to Boris Bizjak xx Wishing you all inspiration and joy of music!
Hello olga Last year i found this sonata from you and it s timeless and i always listen this on the evening of chrismas eve its so wondeful yours Farefully malthe sören from brunswick ❤️
My mother used to play this sonata, and I heard and loved it as long as I lived. My mom also told that I was dancing to alla turca when I was still in her womb. The word "quality time" hadn't been invented in the 1960ies but it was her quality time in the afternoon and it was my quality time to listen to it. She played it on the piano 4 days before her death as a salute to my nephews wedding. She refused to die before this wedding to save the party. For the whole morning she played this sonata to say good bye to piano and life. Thanks for playing it on behalf of my late mum.
Beautiful story to go with a beautiful melody that Mozart was so endowed to compose. Sorry for the loss of your mom and I pray that you will see her again. ❤
She played it very beautifully! One thing that surprises me though is that nowadays nobody is dancing to Mozart at these concerts anymore but is sitting silently in awe. I get that this is common now out of respect to the performers but this music speaks so much vividity. it was meant to dance on
I'm 13 and I'm playing this for a Grade 8 exam, but I'm nowhere as good as you! You've inspired me so much and you put so much emotion into it. Amazing job, I loved it.
I remember when I first listen to this masterpiece played by this extremely talented woman, I was lying in my boyfriend's bed and we were both crying to this after sharing deep strong thoughts of how our life was as kids, it was the best feeling to get it all out and this just made me leave this space and time and fly away to another plane. We're no longer together, but I keep this as a gift from life and as a lesson, thank you wherever you are, you gave me an experience I will never forget and as such it will live in me forever.
...I actually have the pieces and played them all for a audition. (Of course, not as good as her). So don’t say you can’t do it to people. That puts down there self esteem.
Olga is a great inspiration for me. I have learned playing piano from November 2016 when I was 56 years old. I am always moved when I hear Olga. Thank you.
This piece always brings me to tears. . . . Everyone plays it differently. . . I love the way you play it. . . I believe you really infuse it with all the emotions and passion that Mozart intended. . . . Bravo. . . . And thank you . . . . thank you . . . . thank you . . . .
As a child I watched the film "Frances" (1982) with Jessica Lang and fell in love with this Sonata, which was part of the soundtrack. That was the motivational factor for me enrolling into the local music school so I could learn to play this! The best memories of childhood commitment, wonder and determination, although at times very stressful during the exams!
The ultimate interpretation, after over 50 years intensiv classical studies, for me the diamond of diamonds! My heart cried and jubilee, tears and laughing... thank you for this high emotional moments you give to me!! Olga your a princess!
Love this! This is my favorite piece from Mozart and this is just beautifully played to perfection! Love the emotion and I was standing and clapping after watching this at my desk.....lol! New fan of Olga Jegunova!
OMG -- perfection -- I had goosebumps the entire time. I've never heard this played better -- you are one with the music. Mozart himself would applaud.
What beautiful articulation, expressiveness and concentration. I love this! Olga plays with so much character. She really dived into the music and made it her own. I love the brightness and freshness in her sound. And her technique of dynamic contrast is amazing too.
Not sure if Olga's character is an useful addition to this concerto. I also like the freshness, but she's messing around too much with the dynamics. The transitions between quiet/loud, slow/fast, delicate/powerful are too obtrusive.
The rich orchestration and complexity of classical compositions are awe-inspiring. It's remarkable how a symphony or a concerto can convey a wide range of emotions and stories through its intricate melodies and harmonies.
I was going to say something like, Wow, shear perfection, but before I did, I read most of the comment below by Martin Smith, & thought "Yeah, another musical genius other than Olga gets it". The thing I notice the most is the sensitivity, articulation & crispness in her dynamics. This is definitely the best Alla Turca that I have heard, & probably the best I've heard of the entire Sonata.
My grandmother used to play this sonata 11 for me, and I sat next to her and listened (many times) .... Oh how I miss that time, a compliment how beautifully it is played ... Thanks for this, gr of dutch guy.
Everything about this has me enraptured. Also, I am so aware of my own faults as an aspiring pianist.... But that feeling is almost swallowed whole by this awe at her tone control, emotions, technical ability.....the BEAUTY! I can't even begin to process this. Just... WOW. I cannot even.
thank you olga !! one of my piano students showed me this video and it made him start playing this beautiful sonata. and since then i fell in love with you and your mesmerizing performane, and i play it to my 3 month old baby every morning. he seems to like it as well !! thank you so much !
i have battled for a long time to play this piece and i am constantly refining how to play it as there is a lot of scope and room for interpretation. Olga however has nailed it, so i shall try to take some of her interpretation into my playing.
ive watched this video when it was first uploaded, i was a fan of Olga and watching it again brings back so many happy memories. life is not as good anymore...
Dear Olga Jegunova, you are always like your name for us in life; And the world of piano art. You are holy. Don't forget this performance; It was executive; that the opinion of our commentators; Critics and piano pedagogues were attracted to your charismatic personality and outstanding virtuosity in the world. And we are the ones who should thank you immensely. Best wishes... your constant student. Vahid Goli
I first heard this divine piece while watching an old Twilight Zone episode from the '60s and have always wondered about the composer. I had no idea it was Mozart.

I always tell people that a true musician does not need eyes, for that matter they do not need ears either, a true musician plays with their heart.

Lovely to read, thanks for sharing.
This sonata is an absolute gem, period.

Great
So accurate.
I feel it makes us homesick for the unforgotten eternal realms of our divine home...

Olga, you played beautifully. Every note is perfect. I love this sonata. Thank you!!!!!

Standing and clapping after seeing a youtube video is pretty weird
Olga Jegunova really performed this sonata very well. The dynamics, articulation and the characters are perfect. Thank you for upload this video!
A masterpiece by Mozart and an inspirational performance by Olga......
Beautiful. Mozart always puts a smile in my face. THANK YOU.
+Gabriel Coronado its "on my face" not "in my face"
+Roin Sultan it is 'it is' not 'its'.
+Aadi Mishra is it really necessary to correct people on the internet like seriously no one every said you had to be perfect on a UA-cam comment
+Roin Sultan shut up and listen to the music :/
as the wise bobert1111 once said, "shut up and listen to the music" this thing is like 9 months old lol
OMG -- perfection -- I had goosebumps the entire time. I've never heard this played better -- you are one with the music. Mozart himself would applaud.
Soooo lovely! She plays so playfully and with so much precision. I think Mozart would really appreciate this performance.
After the tragic events in Paris yesterday, I needed this.
Jerry Watkins xupa rolita
Jerry Watkins Stuff happens all the time. You’d honsestly be better not watching the news, it’s better for you.
Dam! I'm so glad I lived to 91 to savor the fertile beauty of this composer's talent (for everyone!)

The transitions between quiet/loud, slow/fast, delicate/powerful are too obtrusive.
This is pure and perfect, I can't believe Mozart being as the movie Amadeus puts and at the same time being able to write such innocent music
the movie is an exaggeration of his personality, and he was a genius. Those types are always slightly off the rails in the best way possible ;)
This is the most pleasant soundwaves my ears ever has experienced. Magnificent. What a performance.
The rich orchestration and complexity of classical compositions are awe-inspiring. It's remarkable how a symphony or a concerto can convey a wide range of emotions and stories through its intricate melodies and harmonies.
this is exactly how i wanted mozart to sound! like a little boy: playful, full of surprises, direct, but also feminine: soft, tender, and godly
Best performance of Sonata 11 I have ever heard.
A beautiful interpretation; perfectly articulated, and with a delicate yet powerful touch.Brava.
Pianista che non conoscevo. Bravissima, emozionantissima.
Amazing performance, Ivo Pogorelich did this also, amazing beautiful loss of words
It's got to be the best composition Mozart has ever written.
Being that he died so early I don't think he had yet written his best composition. It was still to come.
Olga Jegunova, magnífica!
i have never heard Mozart played so perfectly and flawlessly and soo passionately!
You played this sonata beautifully, Olga. Thank you for making this day a little bit better than it would have been.
I am 66 years old and I play this composition with enthusiasm. You play wonderful.
Brilliant wonderful playing brings a tear to my eye. Can't stop viewing this video. God bless you and keep planing such great music Viva Mozart!
Sagenhaft. Himmlisch inspiriert.
you don,t play like this without countless hour,s of dedicated practice marvelous

Bravo! I don’t think this could be played any better. Mozart-level perfection!
My grandmother used to play this sonata 11 for me, and I sat next to her and listened (many times) .... Oh how I miss that time, a compliment how beautifully it is played ... Thanks for this, gr of dutch guy.

Wonderful Olga! I know all too well how much practice goes into playing something this well. Very well done and thanks so much for sharing.
Nice that she doesn't play twice each segment, which makes it better since I always tought this sonata was too long or too slow.
Olga, Thanks for the beautiful performance!!!
OBRIGADO OLGA JEGUNOVA!!!
I'm in love. My favourite composer played by a beautiful and talented artist. Couldn't ask for more
Fuck her
Get in line.
Absolutely sublime and so beautifully played. This is probably my favourite Mozart Sonata.
thank you so much Olga, you play this wonderful sonate like an angel from heaven. send you greetings from Austria
Andante parts last variation is so powerful and beautiful , I liked it 💕
I liked this presentation as my ears accept. Today is my first time learning Olga. Just perfect.
she plays with such precision It's remarkable
Only one word can sum up Olga’s rendering of this Amadean sonata: beauty.
One of the best videos on the net.
You are the best pianist on UA-cam, I love how you play the piano, A lot of technique and precision, congratulation on your art.

Close to 1million views. More than deserved Olga!
One of my favorite songs of all time, especially the last part, Alla Turca, Allegretto (at 10:24).
Denny Caldwell so do I
Yes, that’s part of the concerto but a different piece. It’s basically , sonata no 11, sonata no 12. and sonata number 13
finally a performance that doesnt leave you feeling as though you have been running after a really fast runaway train! perfect tempo
I first heard this divine piece while watching an old Twilight Zone episode from the '60s and have always wondered about the composer. I had no idea it was Mozart.
