i m from iran in my country , our leaders dont love music but this beautifull piano concerto can fight vs radical dictator that make trouble to peaple, thank you young lady
Thank you :)
YaelKo 💙💙
I think so, too. Especially, the melody of the second movement is so beautiful.
It makes me happy and optimistic that there is people in Iran understanding the wisdom of music as the language of our soul ,as humans we all have the same feelings and music is the expression of it😌
I very much appreciate that there are no advertisements so this beautiful music is not brutally interrupted
Thank you, Yael Koldobsky, for this wonderful performance! It is a massive accomplishment for a young person, only 12 years, to have all this in memory, and play it perfectly!
My favorite is not Mozart ,but he is amazing.
Thank you for attempting to revive some popularity in this unfortunately forgotten piano concerto.
Thank you for sharing your immense talent with the world. 🙏
Superb....! Amazing...! what a masterness on the piano..!!
Very well played! One of my favourite Mozart Concerto's. Specially because of the beautiful second movement.🎹🙏👍
Thank you for sharing great concerto. Excellent performance.
Exquisite and playful piano playing - thanks YaelKo and orchestra.
Was he the greatest genius that ever lived ? Just miraculous !!
a music genius-certainly he was
One of the greatest geniuses (of any discipline/subject) for sure - No doubt about it. As you have mentioned, he is usually referred to as "the miracle of music".
The music of Amadeus has a fresh appeal especially when performed by a young artist, the younger the better, the freshness is enhanced
right tempo,so important,,beautifully played,also orchestra is great,love it...
Expression of my heart and soul makes me sad and happy in one. Mozart’s only way to show his feelings while living a chaotic life.
so rhythmical,,like a dance,so elegant,,very beautifull concerto,great young artist
One of my favourite Mozart concertos. Not sure why it is not performed more. Love the second movement and how the concerto ends so gently. Thank for sharing.
indeed. well put sir
Beautiful playing! 🤩
This work is the first piano concerto Mozart composed in Wien.
The second movement is out of this world !!but no, everything in Mozart has unity and perfection, and not too many notes certainly!
First time I have seen and heard this concerto on a video ..AND MIGHTY GLAD I HAVE . Great performance from all concerned. Lovely to listen to whilst in the garden.❤️❤️
Excelente! Este é o meu Concerto preferido do Mestre Mozart!
My favourite piano concerto
Beautiful performance
Bravo!
Beautiful performance. Second movement is so moving. Thank you Yael for sharing.
Here’s the genius
Her wonderful performance is a exilir for the soul
The look on the bassoon player's face is priceless at 3:59-4:08. Looking at the oboe notes with envy, he certainly must be wishing he could be playing too :-) In fact, Mozart WOULD have expected the bassoons to play along with the bass part in the first and third movements. He had been accustomed to his orchestra in Salzburg for which he had written nearly all of his previous concertos and which had full-time bassoon players in all the orchestral works. Mozart was in the habit of notating simply "basso continuo" which included bassoons and violoncello (also not notated) playing the same parts as the contrabass. In this concerto, Mozart later added an individual part for the bassoons in the 2nd movement, but surely he never intended them to sit idly and quiet during all of the opening and closing movements. I hope next time Yael can make the conductor aware of this problem and add the bassoons. (Check out the Neue Mozart Ausgabe preface for more info.) ... and then at 19:19 that bassoon player gets to take a nap ;-)
This girl is a prodigy. Absolute control over her 10 fingers. I've heard this concerto played by many students and amateurs. You can tell the difference.
thank you for beautifull version
Iam really enjoying her playing.wonder, how she mastered this pieceso well,Great performance n hats off to the Condictor n Orchestra, thankyou somuch.
There is always a regal aura an elegance that is always felt in the music of Amadeus
I love when a pianist concentrates on playing music beautifully and does not need grandiose movements, nor does she show her legs or tits.
Bravo to this lady and the orchestra and conductor.
Long live Mozart

Amazing talent at 12 years of age.

Mozart coming up with this 21:14
The first violin changes her dress (long sleeve to short sleeve and back) during the performance. Different cameras show different outfits.
zahari20 The video was combined from two concerts
Мagic, isn't it? :)
YaelKo haha! I realized that too. But anyway I really like the way you played this concerto. Especially 3rd movement. Really moved !
The third movement was played very nicely, however I think that the conductor took too fast of a tempo. In m. 214-218 be sure that the downbeat (dissonance) is accented more than the second beat (resolution).
What happened to the horns in m. 106?

very nice larghetto
1:34 where the piano part begins
yes!! it's insane!
I am just curious to know which Cadenza's she played. Were these Mozart's own Cadenza's or from some one else?
👍🏼
Mozart!
❤❤❤
😊.

12 years old!!??
Not to pass judgement but overall across most pianists & orchestras i find a tendency to play mozart at a somewhat frenetic pace. I know allegro is a common tempo marking and i have a metronome but still i find mozart played in an unsettling way rather than a graceful and easy way. Arthur rubenstein once made a similar observation, that pianists are increasing playing faster and faster
😢

play string s are that set you free to b e the dance you were born to b e ...... frivolous enjoying you... until the big bad wolf take s you over.... making you a one owned... hate the big bad wolf ..... that changes everything .... nerver trust any one but the classical you are....
wonderful player, beautiful face, way too much hair!;)
There are simply too many notes!
Exactly what are you saying or are you questioning Mozart’s work?
@yvonnelenders5986 tell me you are not a fan of Amadeus without telling me you are not a fan of Amadeus. 🤣
My favorite piano concerto.
