People have been considering the joy of eating too much and too often for a very long time. That's how we all got fat and sick.

We agree that eating too much of the wrong kinds of foods is seriously problematic, but eating whole foods, in balance, can be the key to long-term health and success.

We appreciate your feedback, and the content you're working to put into the world around weight lifting and boxing for health. In our defense, reading a review of the work by Dr. Li that echoes the sentiment of the host as part of his introduction shouldn't negate the important information we're sharing. We hope you'll come back and give it a second chance.
