I loved this scene when I was little and even to this day it’s still funny as hell I was a bit disappointed that this scene wasn’t in the live action version
To heck with all live-action remakes. They are anti-2D, as well as anti-animation in general. Not to mention tiring (a sign they have recently given up on new ideas).
I can understand why they cut this out of the live action version however I remember Pip’s confrontation with the “chef” in Enchanted, and some of the action in Babe Pig in the city could’ve rectified that issue
This whole movie is about Sebastian haha 😂. A crab feeling torn between Triton and Ariel. What a great struggle, but we already know he’s had a heart of gold from the start.
I love how this song actually has French swear words in it!
Rlly
Can you give a few examples of them?
"Zut alors!" "Sacre bleu!"
Before chef Louis says "I have missed one!" he says the words "zut alors" which roughly translates to "damn it"
Welp I got the role, time to memorize this in a French accent
Same here
Haha, good luck with that.
same
Me too LMFAOO I’m a soprano 1 this is gonna be interesting

Rene was so great as Louie...fans of Benson probably could not believe it was him.
Best Disney side song ever

Rene Auberjonois did a great job in voicing Chef Louis. 🐟 🦀 👨🍳 😇
That was one of my favorite scenes in the movie.
Me too! It's frigging funny
“A weird cook whose name I forgot” caught me a little off guard
It sounds like "Be Our Guest" 😁
It does especially the start
This us Odo's holodeck program
This song was replaced with “The Scuttlebutt.”
Let that sink in…
I rather they kept this song tbh rather than scuttle but song
The Cooks name is Louie. 😊😊
the chef name was chef Louis
I can understand why they cut this out of the live action version however I remember Pip’s confrontation with the “chef” in Enchanted, and some of the action in Babe Pig in the city could’ve rectified that issue
This is so funny!:D
Disney managed to make a song about cooking fish gory.
1:05 Chef Louis: Sacré bleu!
