Thanks for the lesson. Talking about sound produced, i've a question. When recording my self playing guitar i've noted an extra sound...cello type, i've noted that this happen when i play G and then Am. Is like an Em if im not wrong. How is this possible? (I can hear it only listening to records). Thank you.
Excuse me Neil, i've understand what happen. When i sing even mmm, without voice but at level of my chest (that is in contact my jumbo guitar) the lower frequency boost at a level that is very similar to a cello. It is a fantastic discovery for me, i can play virtually another instrument...can you confirm my hipothesis?
@@domenicosorrentino1972 It sounds like sympathetic vibrations at certain frequencies are causing your guitar to resonate and produce tones
@@schiba._. i think you're right. My guitar produce a lot of overtone.
Hi Domenico, it sounds like you've got a particular frequency that's resonating. I'm not an expert in this, but it sounds like you enjoy the sound. If you're not bothered then make music with it! If not, you might want to take your guitar to a reputable luthier to check out what's causing it.
You should also try playing the guitar in different environments. Some rooms have particular frequencies that resonate a lot. Just to make sure it's not the room causing this phenomenon.
Appreciate the joy you share in this. Thanks for the video 🪷
