  • This is a basic pouch that has been transformed by adding snaps on each side, which changes the shape completely.
    MATERIALS
    Main fabric : 2 pieces 12" x 10"
    Lining fabric : 2 pieces 12" x 10"
Fusible interfacing: enough for both pieces of main fabric, I used fusible fleece.
Zipper tabs: 2 pieces of main fabric 2" x 2".
    1 zipper longer than 12".

Hi Marcella…I hope youre doing well!
I havent watched this video yet but have a question /request for you if you dont mind.
I was wondering if youve done or would do, a tutorial showing how to make a med/large tote bag-made with Bosal in R-Form in the body AND bottom of the bag?
Youre an amazing instructor, and i think it would be a great tutorial. I recently saw a video of a beautiful bag with the Bosal, but it wasnt an instructional video, it just showed the items needed, then i thought of you. ❤️
Thank you and i hope you can do something like this, if you cant, you are still one of my top two youtubers to watch snd learn from! God bless you sweetie❤️

Hi, thank you for asking, here is a link to a tote bag I made some time ago.You can easily change the dimensions. I recommend to let the bosal fuse and rest for about half an hour before working on the project. You apply bosal material with sticky side facing up, then the wrong side of the fabric on top of it, so that you can iron the fabric on the right side. I also like to cut the bosal interfacing smaller than the fabric according to the seam allowance, so, if the
piece of fabric measures 10.5" x 12.5" INCLUDING seam allowance of 1/4" on all sides, I would cut a piece of interfacing 10 x 12". This is to reduce bulk when doing the seams. I hope you like the video 😊
