I’m pretty sure the reason the gator teeth count as collectibles looted from non-player enemies is because they were in a weekly collector’s list at one point.

2:52 - this same Collector daily challenge also worked for me when picking up Rock Bass that have beached themselves out of water. I chased other fish like Chain Pickerel and Bluegill out of the water onto the shore and picked them up but they didn't trigger that _0/3 Collectibles looted from non-player enemies_ challenge.
I think it also works when you skin bears and cougars.
Collecting 3-star squirrels also counts towards the challenge.
That last myth was super helpful. I was considering buying the knuckles if they improved melee damage but assumed I couldn't wear riding gloves at the same time. But if it's purely cosmetic then I much prefer the look of riding gloves. Saving me money, JSR! Thanks! Great video and great music choices.

One of the things I've noticed is that NPC's will start laughing at you if you fall into some water, for example on the Saint Denis docks.
The Role myths are great. My buddy just started his account like 3 weeks ago and we tested if he could get any benefits without having any roles yet.
Answer is obv yes if you watched the vid. It's really awesome to be able to help him out and so he's not stuck only doing stranger missions for now.
So far he's got a few legendary pelts at gus's, he's getting the gameplay awards for the bounty hunter and he's slowly completing collectable sets, so he can make bank when he buys the role. It's the only way I feel I can "give" him stuff besides stew lol.
Ps- you can throw tomahawks at the ground and new players will be able to pick them up, despite the level lock. Same with the other axes, but not bolas.
There are (or at least were) a few birds that when skinned counted toward the collectable daily challenge. I think also wolves and big cats if they were red blipped before killing them used to count as well but when the challenge was on a few days ago only the gator worked. The gators seem to work weather they show up red on the map or if you kill them without them becoming aggro first.

interesting.. i remember doing this after the prestigious waste of gold update, and it didn’t work.. maybe i skinned a cougar then and they had patched it on cougars and not alligators? good information regardless.. maybe that can be a myth as well..
the update was before I moved to PC so it still works

Here’s something that has actually happened to me in game. When I got a wanted level out in the woods around Valentine the lawmen sent dogs after me. Could be an interesting thing for your next myth busters. Also I have a clip of it.
I've had blood hounds after me with lawmen around shady belle too but a good myth. Maybe send me a clip on discord in case I couldn't replicate it
I love when players are so good they don't need to brag like this guy it's refreshing to see not all players are tryhard greifers because most high levels just kill me on repeat with fire and explosives

Myth: if someone flips you off in front of your own horse, your horse has a chance to kick them. It happened to me once but I wanna see if it can be recreated.

Myth: idk which one, but there is a motorboat that can't sink by revolver bullets, just by rifles by what I tested with a friend :)

I think the alligator counts as a colectible because of the teeth they can be part of the weekly colectible set sometimes
I think the alligator one works on squirrels as well for some reason

You just gotta make sure that you don't already have the full amount of alligator teeth, because then it won't count towards the collectables looted from enemies challenge.

Hey Jonhsly.....I just found this out, maybe you can try it out???? I was driving the little cart that carries barrels in it, my wife was dancing on top and no matter how fast I drove I could not knock her off, but if I hit a small ledge she would go flying and would still be dancing through the air.

Its the teeth from the gator causes it to count for that challenge I think.
I have 2 myths that I would like you to confirm, if it is possible to make enemies drop their weapons using the lasso and if it is possible to make them drop the weapon by shooting in the hand.
I'm like 90% sure you can shoot to disarm. You can also shoot their arm and they should drop the gun.
The Legendary Bounty Nick-the-Santa-Trapper has grip of iron and never drops his sawed off lol
The collectible challenge, counts with fish too.
you can throw yourself off the top of the strawberry police station if you try to push some on the down part of the roof from the top (mostly landing next to or on the hanging post)

You can revive a posse members downed horse with dynamite you just have to throw some at it once it's downed it might take a few tries to work
this 2 players went up against me kept on melee attacking me, and my character couldnt move (or fight back) as they punches me is this a bug or its like a gta mechanics?
i havent been able to fish out of any of the boats regardless of whats is in them. the boat in the video from the moonshine mission is the only one ive been able to

You don't need any other people to spawn legendary animals. I've done up to 4 in a solo lobby before I got the role
Have you tested out drinking on horse back? I think its impossible to black out from drinking while riding your horse.
Of course the legendary animal you found was the moose, which I have yet to see
Badgers count as collectables from an enemy also
I was just selling moonshine and a greifer came and blew it up my moonshine then ran off and hid in his camp so I couldn’t even kill him😫
in rdr2, boats sinks themselves. idk why but after some time they sink

What is cheeky now is that you can only access $$$ standard bounties with prestige pass. Saying that, I don't remember cost of original first pass. Been too long 😂

When I killed a legendary animal that spawned even without me owning the role, I was able to donate its carcass to Cripps.
Maybe someone near you had the role. Maybe you don't need to be in a posse for it to trigger
the legendary animal one is true cause i found a bison on like my first day in rdr and killed it with explosives
