I have bought several of his products and can confirm they are delicious and so effective I actually have to slowly dose back up if I stop taking them, they're potent(you will have WAY too much energy if you take his stuff before bedtime or mid day, so morning ONLY lmao). I just received my shipment of the protein powder today and I have to say that out of all the formulas I have tried from you, this one tastes the best. I almost forgot, your kidney formula smells and tastes nice too. I know these formulas weren't made to necessarily taste good but I was pleasantly surprised when I tried this one especially since it contains durian. I like it!

Definitely a nice list of ingredients. And sorry to sound sceptical, but how do we really know these powders actually work? Powders and vitamins like these having significant benefits are like God being real for me. I need proof before I’m convinced. Because one packet could cost the same as a 2 week supply of organic fruit and veg from the markets.
Because I did years of research and I originally made this stuff for MYSELF first. It takes five times more plants to make one ounce of powder than one ounce of fresh plant, because of the water content. Whilst the ingredients are natural, it's still processed and not a natural processed. You just need whole raw foods and strength training to build strength. Only if you want to look like Arnie do you need extra protein. Too much is acidic to the body

When fruit falls from a tree in the summer, the sun dries them NATURALLY and they deshydrate. Are you looking to get a European stockist for some of the newer products? I don’t mind the expensive shipping but then Fed ex tried to charge me even more than shipping in extra taxes. I had to move to some other brands now but would to go back to these.

I started taking Vitamin C because I have back issues carrying a bag of oranges up my stairs once a week. Also because I want to see if it improves my gums. But since the pills are so big, I chew them down before swallowing them with water. It's a lively moment in my day. My question is, is the C available in my mouth or only after I process it through my stomach, etc.?

Hey Markus I've been taking the green formula for years now and I love it. I also tried your protein formula and also love it. I'm trying to figure out how to spend the least money and also make the bag last longer than a month while having it every single day. I think that the protein formula is also great for minerals and vitamins right? So maybe I can stop doing the green formula and just have the protein one?

I think you can make your own with empty capsules. Something I should have done myself as couldn’t stomach that powder it made me dry rech for some reason. I rly should have put it into capsules

Hi Mr. Markus, I had breast cancer. I beat it. Doctors claim it was caused by too much estrogen/ progesterone. No chemo just radiation which I was against. Saved my breast. Can I take & benefit from the night formula?

You got some nice muscle mass for your age markus.. your a clever dude..10pm and 2am seems like a sort of blanket statement, wouldnt the hours someone's body synthesizes hormones be more dependant on their individual bio rhythms rather then a external cycle? Even though there really is no "external"...but you know ..
There actually is. The biggest illusion is to think the external and internal are separate. Epigenetic receptors are affected by everything from sunlight to rythms, currents and forces in the earth itself. Sure people can adapt to exist in almost any situation- but not long term and not optimally if not in sync with the greater picture.

Spirulina is the bad one, not chlorella. Spirulina is is a cyanobacteria that can be toxic to the liver because of microcystin. I stopped using it years ago. Anyone who would say chlorella is bad are people trying to sell spirulina lol ua-cam.com/video/Pscx5vkYy5w/v-deo.html

HAHAHA well that explains it. I don't even know where to start with him. He takes little pieces of things out of context and turns them into miracle cures. For example he claims celery juice regulates blood pressure. This isn’t quite true. Celery seed extract helps do that, but that’s not the same as celery juice. He also claims celery juice helps all kinds of digestive issues, including getting rid of ulcers, IBS etc. This is based on a single study done on rats, where the results come from a substance called Apigenin, a pectin-based polysaccharide (a fiber that’s in the pectin). You don’t get that when you juice celery, only when you eat it. He makes all kinds of claims like celery has “cluster salts” that cure all kinds of ailments. There is nothing proving cluster salts even exist, nothing claiming this is true or not true. His testimonials should be taken with a grain of salt (pun intended)
Celery is great and DOES have benefits but his unsubstantiated claims are a little out there. You would get many more benefits from simply throwing celery in a blender than juicing it. Celery is really high in potassium and electrolytes which is why it makes you feel good when you need it. Its also high in water, very hydrating and helps rebalance the body’s electrical system. Celery juice is great, but celery added to a blender is much better, it has more phenolic acids, polysaccharides, quercitin, a powerful antioxidant, it restores glutathione levels, also a great antihistamine, it has campherol and lots of antioxidants.
MM says lots of things where he even contradicts himself. He knows women love the word "medium" and is using the hell out of it.

Circadian rythms. Of course people can live out of sync with nature, but epigenetic receptors sensitive to light, digestion, sound, magnetism etc affect our health, release of hormones etc and the optimal synchronicity from the time the sun goes down to when the sun comes up is to be asleep the LATEST by ten. We are supposed to go to sleep when the sun goes down, but electricity has changed all that.
