Haha!.. I mean this good naturedly, but you don't want to intimidate newcomers, yet you use the hobbyists mothership as your background! Seriously, I love your set up, your neatness, and your organization. I can't get anything done in the middle of a mess.
Good video! Surely you should have added the curvature to the spine before adding the hips and shoulders? Otherwise the torso will shorten in overall height.
Sure, you can do that. It's not that much of a big deal in this scale. but yeah if you want to be 100% correct. I don't spend too much time on armatures, just enough so it works :)
I bought some clay to try miniature clay figures this stuff is tacky after working with it could you tell me what type of clay is best I also bought some plasticine clay is that a good clay to work with
If you still see this after 3 years: could you please tell me what wire that is? Since I'm also I Austria, I bet you got a cheap and easily available kind, while I only ordered from greenstuffworld so far. I just don't know what size and type to get, if it's not marketed as sculpting wire
I wish you did an updated version of this tutorial since your editing and video&audio quality has improved so much since this one
have seen your work on twitch and am glad to see you doing some tutorials here now! Thumbs up! Greetings from Belereen
thank you :)
I'm sorry for my bad writing typing but thank you for your help

In all of my videos I use polymer clay and I explain how to work with it. I dont know what "plastina clay" is.

I use polymer clay (fimo, super sculpey,...)
How thick is the smaller wire you use to wrap around the armature?
Timrstamp?

@@dankety81 ah...that's a fraction of a mm, just enough to hold it all together. as thin as possible.

It's just regular aluminium wire
@@trovarion alright thanks, gonna check it out at the baumarkt ^^
One more question I'm sorry with all the questions how do you attach a base for your sculptures thank you for replying again I'm sorry to bother you
I just stick the wire into the base. If its wood you'll need a drill. Your questions are super hard to read without interpunctuation, by the way.
gracias por compartir !!!
de nada
Did you ever show how to print out the Armature Chart for the correct scale?
thanks for reminding me, i'll make a quick video as soon as I find the time!
@@trovarion I'd love to know how to print out the charts, especially for the HO size. Thank you. Your videos are wonderful.
cool channel.
thanks!
Have you heard the joke about the miniature dumpster? Never mind... it’s a little trashy.
