Went through multiple EDCs until I settled on the M&P 2.0. One of the most underrated firearms out there. Only issues I’ve had firing were ammo related (cheap remanufactured ammo, sure it was bad primers and low powder loads). Had a buddy that was a Glock fan boy and shot mine…sold his Glock and bought one the following week.
My EDC is an M&P 2.0 3.6”. Perfect for carry. Grip is fantastic, however soy boys with soft hands probably will say the texture is too aggressive. Trigger is decent for factory. Overall a better built handgun than Glock.
Like that soy boy down the comment talking bout the grip hurt him while carrying so he decided to pick a glock 😂, the grip doesnt even bother me at all and i think its perfect, I carry the 2.0 everyday and never felt like the grip is too aggressive
Tbh the m&p surprised me. It’s my duty and I was taken back by the grip angle and ergonomics. It reminded me of a Walter. Very nice pistol overall.

Solid reviews 👌. There's an rmr footprint optics plate that covers the loaded chamber viewing port to block the junk from getting on the optic. I can't remember the company though. Love the M&P I just don’t like the extended slide lock. The meat of my hand rests on it preventing lock back sometimes.

I had to go with the large backstrap to avoid the slide lock. I’ve read some ppl get the 1.0 slide release and fix the issue.
