Anyone thinking about these, just do yourself a favour and make the purchase. I rate these highly. I use too have hankook dynapro mt on my old 4x4. I made the switch when they changed the tread pattern and haven’t looked back. I’ve recently bought a patrol and will be putting a set of these on that aswell. Can’t rate these high enough.
I run these. Great on road and off-road. I came from Toyo open country MTS and I find these a bit quieter but otherwise It’s at least as good maybe a fraction better. I’ve done 32k kms and I’m already down to 8mm tread. Don’t expect these will last much longer than 40k. I got at least 55k out of the Toyo. Might go back to them when these are done.
Bought some of these tires for my Hilux, but my rig is not my daily driver so I should get a long term out of these tires! Had KO2's for almost four years they were excellent but lots of slippage on steep dirt or rutted hills....
Ive yet to use the maxxis but im gonna say, yes. I have the grapplers and theyre not that great offroad. Gotten stuck in the mud multiple times with them.
Good video, runnining KM2's at the moment and they are pretty bad noise wise and really bad in the wet, its my daily drive so looking for something easier to live with, how do the Razr's compare for noise and grip?
I've never run the Baja Boss MT's personally. However, I've only heard good things from people that are running them. The other one I'd consider is the Yokohama MT's
@@brianjolly5479 man, I don't think you could go wrong with any of them I'm now on my second set of Maxxis RAZRs. You could check out my recent np300 review video to see how I feel about my current set.
You never included price point. For a great muddie these are relativly cheap. Be interested to see what total kms u can eek out of these before replacement is due. Good video.
💥I got my Maxxis Razr's from The 4wd Shed - give them a call and tell them JPCaptured sent you 😀.

40k on my RAZR's absolutely buying them again! Greetings from California.

Can’t wait to try my set out, been running peeds cause it’s so wet 😂 might put them on this week, hopefully they work as well as I hope on 5psi!
They seem like a good Tyre choice as a mud tyre 👍🏼
really happy with them so far George 👍

How are they holding up? How do they compare to Nitto or Toyo? Thank you.
Do you like these maxxis MT over the Nitto trail grapplers?
i bought my set for my MN triton 4 yrs ago, they have been in storage..i just got them put on 3 days ago....
3 ply side wall?
Great review, JP! Although i'm curious to know, how's the wear (and tear) at this point? Thanks!
So far they are still wearing really well
Great reviews!
How many pounds tire?🎉
Would you pick these over a nitto trail grappler
gd question bruz , where is the answer ?? 🤣🤦♂️
@@bigeye9798 I have no clue I’m waiting in line just like you lmaoo I need new tires soon so I’m not sure what to get

What size tires do you run with the 3 inch lift
If they are good on a navara they should be good on a car for men like the Y62 👌🏼

Sorry to hear that, The Razrs are the quietest mud tyre i have ever owned.
@@jpcaptured799 Ive changed over to Razr MT's, man, they are great. So much better than any of the BFG's :-)
How do these compare to the Mickey Thompson Baja Boss M/Ts?

@@jpcaptured799 Thanks for the reply. Tough decisions. I’m placing an order tomorrow and I can’t decide between the three.

I'm keen to see how they fair in the long run too.
It has been 2 yrs on the tyres , how are they going now with noise and kays ?
They are wearing really well! But I think it's time for a video update on how they are going and the tread wear.
I do like these. I wonder if they will fit on my van
Comparison to the BFG KM3s?
I like the KM3'S but they tend to tear the lugs fairly easily.
Nice review legend 🤙🏻
Cheers man 🤙
Just curious as I bought an np300 if 295/70/17 tyres would fit a 2 inch lift kit without any problems? Thanks
A little
Modification on front tires. Rear tires no problem.
What’s better for rock climbing bro?
what rims are those?
...wait what? Uhm E rating is 10 ply but that doesn't translate to the sidewall. Sidewall is a 3 ply.
Hey guys... Its spelled TIRE.

You tire out, you tire of things but you put tyres on your vehicle.

Haha
hey how do these compare to the previous maxxis M/T, wear and road noise wise?
Compared to the maxxis bighorns they are wearing about the same but the road noise is far better with the Razr
I can't seem to find you review of the CF3000 tyres.
What are your thoughts on those tyres for a budget muddy?
I think for a budget tyre they do the trick 👍 but you definitely get more bang for buck out of something like a RAZR imo
@@jpcaptured799 Appreciate your response
CF3000? for play on tyres you'll probably last a few months. Tried once, shot in 2 months.
@@Lcr34 😢
So, was the 15,000kms travelled from the dash or after you corrected the difference?
Straight from the dash Al
Thorn birds sucked at everything haha
10 ply sidewall? No... 10 ply carcass and 3 ply sidewall.
Review trepadors
Get more to the point in future reviews please
Haha, I have a tendency to ramble on 🤦♂️ I think you'll find most of my videos the same 😉
Telling everyone "these are good tyres" in 30 seconds of video isnt really a review is it. 🤔
