I didn't like the meep-meep either. The symetrically mounted horns look nice. I went the way of a Hella OEM replacement kit with Toyota connectors.
Any chance to get a pic of the horns with the grill back on?

So glad we have the horn mod still waiting on the dash speakers for 3 months

@@jacobebsen1 should take less than an hour to install both sides, its super simple. The windshield is the hardest part of the install (lack of space)

I did this with our Subaru Outback. Nice red Hella Supertones behind the grill. Big mistake! They were exposed to all that crap coming through the grill. Rusted an dies. Put them in a place that is out of the weather…especially the winter road crap…salt and slush.

Hi, I'm wondering if you installed a light switch panel and was able to get a cord into the cabin. Interested in whether you were able to get it through the central grommet or carried it some other way. I looks like central grommet is tight and has no space left. Thanks

I didn’t. I hooked up to factory. However if you go to my amp install video, I do go through the firewall grommet. It’s not easy but it ain’t hard… 😅

I have a question. That black plastic flap with the rubber front edge at the top of the title picture with the cables lying on it. Where is the rubber edge supposed to fit when you put the bumper on? I tried taking pictures beforehand, but the angle was too weird to see how it is supposed to fit when the bumper is installed. This is driving me crazy, I've had the bumper off twice now trying to make this thing fit properly. Thanks in advance for the help!

Apologies for the late reply. It fits in the upper part of the grill.

I'm looking to add a GPS with a remote shutoff to my daughters college driver 2023 Subaru Crosstrek. I was told I have to take apart the dash. Do you have any videos that can guide me?

Unfortunately I do not. Haven’t had to tear into dash yet. Most people go through the bottom and reach in to mount it middash tho, so I’d look into that before tearing everything apart

Still underwhelming in the sound department. Looks great though. I would have opted for a more aggressive sound as you want horns to get other drivers attention. If there is an adjustment screw on the back of the horn, you can tweek the tone. Thats what I did to the horns on my Miata.

I'll look into it. Yeah, they're definitely louder, but not "OMG!" loud.

Nah, I’d ditch the Asian meep meep horns and order Fiamm Highway Blasters. You’ll thank me later.
