This channel use a lot of broccoli, potato, and mushrooms. Very nutritious, healthy! I have not tried the recipes, but they look to produce a tasty meal. And are simple enough. But my broccoli looks blemished, my potatoes are bruised, my mushrooms develop dark spots, etc. Your produce looks beautiful! Where I am, the herbs such as dill and parsley are sold in too big bunches, and usually don't have fresh pleasant flavor. Your meals use very little grain. Good for some people sensitive to grain, but need enough volume to fill the stomach. Eat more potatoes 😋 Do you have access to avocados where you are? I think the avocado would work well with your recipes. I have plenty where I am. Sadly, sometimes they are already "gone bad, expired" on the market shelf prior to purchase. Or they may not ripen well after purchase. But usually I am able to find good enough 🥑.

Looks nutritious, very tasty. Yet simple enough to make. Your garlic press looks great! The oven is also very nice. Good size. Not easy to find German Kase cheese in the USA.
