RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes 1kg.
salt 1 teaspoon.
Cook until done.
1 broccoli.
Sugar 1/2 teaspoon.
salt 1/2 teaspoon.
Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.
1 onion.
olive oil
Cheese 100 gr. / 1/2 cup.
parsley and dill.
The potatoes are ready!
Cool potatoes.
1 egg
Salt. Black pepper.
garlic powder.
Greek yogurt 2-3 tablespoons.
Mix well.
olive oil
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
Mayonnaise 60 gr. / 2 tablespoons.
Greek yogurt / 2 tbsp.
1 cucumber.
Finely chop or grate.
Dill.
garlic (optional).
I turn on the grill for 10 minutes.
Enjoy your meal!

I know for a fact that sauce will be HEAVEN! I live across the street from an Afghan restaurant and order take out AT LEAST once a month if not more often. Their sauce looks VERY similar, and I often go in JUST to buy the sauce, using it as a dip AND over salad!
