Hello, thank you for this recipe 😘. I make a traditional vegetable dish that is usually made with cauliflower, but I make it with broccoli and cauliflower together. It's called 'Cauliflower and Broccoli Cheese," or 'Cauliflower and Broccoli Gratin.' You need: 1/2 a head of cauliflower, 1/2 a head of broccoli, 2 - 3 tablespoons of butter, 1 - 2 tablespoons of plain flour, 1 litre of milk, salt and freshly- ground black pepper, 2 - 3 handfuls of good quality, strong cheddar cheese (you can also add some grated mozzarella and grated parmesan if you like.) To Make The Dish: first, preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (or 350 degrees Fahrenheit) then grease a large casserole dish with a little butter and set aside for later. Boil the broccoli and cauliflower until tender (not mushy!), and drain, then set aside in a colander to continue draining. Take a medium saucepan, place it over a medium heat and add 2 - 3 tablespoons of butter. As soon as the butter is melted add 1- 2 tablespoons of flour, stirring well over a medium heat until the flour is sort of cooked in the butter and the mixture is yellow and foaming. Now, add about 600mls of the milk to the butter/flour mixture stirring the mixture continuously until the sauce thickens and has no lumps of flour in it. (You can certainly add more milk if the sauce is too thick, in fact you will have to add more milk if you have used 3 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of flour, but only add a little at a time. It's always easier to add more milk than to try and thicken a thin sauce because you have added too much milk!!!) Now, when the sauce is thick add 1 1/2 handfuls of the grated cheese to the sauce and stir in to melt. Taste the sauce for flavour and add salt, black pepper and a pinch of nutmeg to taste. You now have a classic cheese sauce (which you can use in many different ways. If you wanted to make a Cheese Souffle, you would add 4 egg yolks to half of this sauce, and then fold 4 or 5 whipped egg whites into it, and then pour the cheese mixture into a souffle mold and bake it until well risen in a 220 degree celcius oven!) Now, take the greased casserole dish and place the cooked cauliflower and broccoli into it, and pour the cheese sauce over the top, making sure to scrape out all the sauce, and sprinkle all the remaining grated cheese - and the breadcrumbs if you're using them - over the sauce. Place the dish in the oven and bake it for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling. Bon appetit my friends. This is very yummy by itself or you serve it with chippolata sausages or roast beef or pork, and some spicy hot mustard. Classic old English food. 👌

@@СветаЗарецкая-д9о я отвариваю неск раз в неделю, 10 мин, это слишком, люблю, когда хрустит, да и полезнее, в кипящую воду бросаю овощ ( кипение прерывается) овощ нагревается и только потом снова начинает закипать через 1-1.5 мин + пока кипит, ещё 3-4 мин и вполне достаточно, так и полезнее, и приятнее на вид, а тем более, если ещё и запекать 20 мин. Что вообще полезного останется в брокколи после получасовой термической обработки?!

У вас наверняка а продаже сулугуни.. мы, используем schafkäse-типа брынзы.. кусочками нарезаем, он полезнее Mozzarella...
Делайте из кефира сыр сами, та же самая монцарела....
